Loved it at first because there was no cross contamination as she promised. The place is clean with an elegant feel. Sasha is feisty, though I felt she is an expert in her field. I ended up purchasing 3 more for $150 deal after that. I did feel like there was a lot of miscommunication though. One instance I made an appointment and she did not show up (I waited ~20min). She did not reach out until that evening and proceeded to ACCUSE me and made me feel I was at fault for confirming the wrong date. After I screen shot her our previous text showing that she was the one who scheduled that time, she apologized and offered a complimentary facial (which I never got). Overall, she is a good waxer with no cross contamination and has a sterile technique. It appears majority of her clients are happy. But I will likely continue my search as I just did not feel comfortable with her

I realized it was not 0% interest rate. It was 37% interest rate. When I called the office and spoke to the manager, Emma and the owner who did not reveal his name to me both told me that the package that they sold me was a discounted deal which would cover the interest rate. When I explained to them that that is not at all how it was presented to me and that I expected to pay a flat rate of the package cost with no interest rate they proceeded to explain it to me 20 more times that the package deal was not 0%, but really it was that they would discount the package to OFF SET the cost of the interest rate, and I kept explaining that is not at all how it was presented to me two different times months apart I told them that this was not transparent, and it was underhanded, and if I was sold a package for $1000 and was told interest would be covered then I would expect to only pay $1000 not $1000 +37% interest rate. They refused to concede, so I am spreading the word about this scam of a spa in Alamo Heights, San Antonio, Texas

Been procrastinating on getting a facial and thankfully, their website scheduling system allowed me to schedule my appointment in the middle of the night lol The following morning from scheduling I called because I had questions that the website couldn't answer. I wanted to get a skin assessment so they can help address any problem areas. They called me right back and answered my questions, and advised me to arrive to my appointment earlier, so they could provide me an assessment. Was greeted promptly and professionally by Quinn. The location smells amazing first off! Very relaxing atmosphere, soothing colors and dim lighting sets the mood. Quinn conducted my assessment and was thorough in asking about what skincare products, brands I use and what order I use them in. She recommended a microdermabrasion and a hydrating papaya overnight mask. She started with a deep clean, then provided a wonderful face and décolletage massage, followed by exfoliation, extraction. Towards the end, a series of hydration creams, and finally she put on the papaya enzyme mask that I will wash off in the morning for added hydration and brightening. Quinn sent me home with several samples from their medical grade products to try. They sell a full line on site, based on different client needs and goals. They were kind enough to provide a Yelp discount for $15 for being a new client too. All in all had a great experience, a relaxing facial and good information on skin care! Will be scheduling a next appointment a few weeks out. Go check them out! :)
