I'm heartbroken and furious about what happened to me at Stadia Med Spa. I want to start by saying…read morethat Gina and Darby were absolutely wonderful -- their facials and laser treatments were the only good part of my experience. They were kind, professional, and made me feel cared for. I would return to them in a heartbeat if they were at any other med spa. But my experience with Naz, the injector, was the complete opposite, and I feel truly betrayed. I trusted her, and that trust was shattered. I was never clearly told what everything would cost or how much filler she planned to use. I walked out having been injected with what I was later told was around 8 vials of product -- far more than I ever agreed to or even imagined was appropriate. Over 6k! I kept trying to explain the subtle, natural look I wanted, and I felt completely ignored. Right now, I look in the mirror and I barely recognize myself. My face looks overfilled and unnatural, like it's full of product I never wanted. The bruising is severe and still hasn't gone down even after four days. I can't describe how upsetting and humiliating this has been. I feel taken advantage of -- emotionally, financially, and physically. If you're considering this place, my honest advice is this: Only go to Stadia Med Spa for facials and laser treatments. Stay far, far away from their injector, Naz. I never want anyone else to feel the shock, regret, and heartbreak I'm dealing with right now.

I've had many massages over the years, and am very particular about quality (or I regret it when…read morethe pain comes after). I had a face & neck massage from Rose this week & she's literally better than anyone I've ever had. She is highly skilled, and really found all the knots and removed them much more effectively than I could even imagine. I usually only let one masseuse do neck-work because it's so delicate, but I trust Dr Perry's judgement so I decided to give Rose a try... absolute perfection!! Usually after a deep-pressure massage, I'm a bit sore, but not this time. It was an odd sensation to not have pain/tension and I kept moving my head around for days just enjoying it. I've already booked another appointment for myself, my husband, and mother. They book morning appointments out a few days, and late afternoon appointments book out at least a week. It's also a fantastic value, as we've been paying twice the cost for our prior masseuse (and had to drive downtown).

Lulu gave my friend an amazing massage, customizing the pressure level for each area. She even massaged her back using pregnancy massage techniques, because my friend could not lay down on her abdomen. Winnie gave me my massage, and boy, did I need it. I asked for focus on my tight shoulder and back muscles, and Winnie delivered! But when it came to the facials...oh my! We each had the crystal-free microderm facial, with extractions, then a mixture of serums sprayed afterward, topped off with a thick hydrating jelly mask. Suli did mine, and Lulu did my friend's facial. Our faces were reborn that day at Bali Ayu! At checkout, we were astounded by how tight, plump, and bright our faces felt and looked afterward. I'm writing this a couple days after our treatments and my face is still so soft. Mind you, we are self-care gals, so we get facials pretty regularly. We were super impressed by the facials here. Ask for Lulu, Suli, and/or Winnie -- everyone was excellent here. This spa is quiet and serene, and the staff have superb skills and provide attentive customer service. I'm not going to lie, I have a high pain tolerance but I had to stop the therapist mid-session for a break. Though I am hesitant to go again due to the pain, I acknowledge that my neck felt a little better after the soreness died down. I can't vouch for the other treatments but this one did work, it was just extremely painful.
