Gabby was the only Stylist available last minute, but it worked in my favor. I was lucky to get an appointment within two hours for a blowout. I kinda miss the turn, so ended up parking on the street, but there is parking in the plaza lot that they are in. But otherwise there is plenty of street parking for free along Olive Avenue. Gabby is so sweet, and although I don't mind a heavy-handed Stylist, she is very gentle. The whole experience was very relaxing and satisfied with my end result. My only complaint and the reason I gave only four stars is, I didn't love the shampoo bowls. They don't have the rubber neck support in the bowls, and I just felt like I kept sliding down in the chair and it made me think too hard and not be able to enjoy the shampooing experience. I will definitely come back to see her on these days that I am feeling lazy. I just want to be pampered a little bit. I ended up having her flat iron as well. Blowout alone was $65 and with flat iron was $80 total.

Honestly, Sharon is so good at what she does, I don't even think I needed a trial because I absolutely loved what she did but it gave me peace of mind and reassurance. I told her all my concerns (oily skin, hair that doesn't hold curls, etc) and she made sure it was all addressed. I had SO many compliments after my trial and on wedding day. My hair normally doesn't hold a curl but I wanted cohesive waves and they held the entire night without making my hair feel stiff. She was perfectly on time too. Her arrival, set up and doing my mom's makeup, my sister's hair and makeup and then mine. She ended perfectly at the end time we aimed for too.
