Unfortunately, the service was not done properly. Multiple areas were missed, the technique was rough (including re-waxing the same sensitive area), and I left with significant irritation and bumps. I'm 15 weeks pregnant, and I had chosen this spa specifically because I wanted to feel safe and confident in the provider's experience. I reached out afterward and was offered a "touch-up," but with the irritation I experienced, it didn't feel safe to continue. This was not the level of care or professionalism I expected, and I'm really disappointed given the spa's previous reputation.

From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the atmosphere--the interior is beautiful, calming, and thoughtfully designed. The lighting alone is worth paying for. It's soft, warm, and sets the mood perfectly. Honestly, I'd pay just to sit in that room and unwind. As for the massage therapists--incredible.
