Alexandra: I started…read morespeaking to Alexandra due to panic attacks and anxiety around going back to work. We moved slow and steady through her methodology and she always made me feel safe. She has a keen awareness of the subconscious mind and knows how to follow where it's taking me. And once we get there, so much is released and revealed. I have now started working again and feel much more comfortable. I continue to perform the exercises she prescribed and I continue to work with her to this day. Don't think twice, just go see her. You'll notice the difference after day one.

Let me preface this review by saying I heard about this service from a coworker and my first…read morethought was that hypnosis sounds like a lot of hogwash. Then my second thought was that I shouldn't knock it until I try it. So I did. The session far exceeded my expectations and I felt the effects carry onto the next day. She leaves you with some knowledge of how to help yourself. The therapy session is quite similar to "normal" therapy where you talk out your feelings and such. Her price is quite cheaper than the other therapists I've seen in the area.

When I was looking into hypnosis, I did not know enough about it yet to be able to trust it. I had…read morethose old-school ideas that somehow, hypnosis was going to make me sleep and it just didn't make sense to me on that level. From doing hypnosis, I have more of a connection to where things came from in my past and now a peace to be able to work with those aspects in real time. Today, I feel I have more control over my mind and more power and tools to get out of my own way. Even though I maintained a level of skepticism, working with Eric felt like I was catching up with an old friend and I was always left feeling more peaceful and in a better place. As a result, day to day, I have less anxiety, feel closer to my values, and I definitely sense that I have expanded in the field of spirituality.

Pros: Eric is nice enough, seems genuine in his efforts to help, and communicated an approach that…read moremade sense to me on the surface. Cons: The approach seemed like a one-size-fits-many solution, and maybe it does work for many, but the deeper we got into it, the less faith I had in it as something that was capable of specifically meeting my needs, and the more it just seemed like culturally appropriated mumbo jumbo by a dude who's going to spend 3 hours telling you that you're all better over Zoom, then go take his 5th vacation of the year to Hawaii. Bottom line: If anyone is here looking to solve substance-related issues, I'd strongly encourage you to look for help through a conventional medical provider, especially if you have health insurance. That approach will take more time and effort on your part, but the data shows that it usually pays off if you're willing to do the work. I paid almost nothing for a comprehensive program at Kaiser which used a multi-modal approach and led to a lasting solution (16 months and counting as of today) for my problems. For me, Eric's services were a waste of many hundreds of dollars. Spending the same amount on out of pocket sessions with a cognitive behavioral therapist would have yielded a better outcome.

I appreciated both experiences of Tarot reading and Hypnotherapy, and found the sessions helpful. Isabella shared insights and perspectives that were valuable as I was making a few important decisions. I appreciated her thoughtful approach, professionalism, and warm, personable demeanor. If you're looking for guidance or a fresh perspective through tarot, coaching, Reiki, or hypnotherapy, I'd recommend giving Isabella a try. In my experience, her insights were thoughtful and accurate and very helpful. 5 stars!

Not only did Bella bring so much energy and information instantly to the reading (with very little information from me), all the lives she tapped into made so much sense for me in many ways. I was edge-of-my-seat fascinated the whole time. I love how she taps into the past lives herself, taking the pressure off you, allowing you to retain a sense of control and ability to ask questions and take notes throughout. Even after all that, the most worthwhile takeaway for me was the energy clearing she provided at the end for my energy centers affected by all the past lives. It was super quick at the end and affected me in big positive ways that I (and my husband) noticed almost immediately. And I'm still receiving imagery from my dreams reflecting these lasting changes in my subconscious. Truly amazed. Highly recommend!

Through the sessions, we worked through a lot of deeper issues tied to past experiences and relationships that I hadn't fully processed before. Over time, I noticed a real shift in how I think and feel. It became easier to let go of things that were weighing on me, and I found more clarity and peace within myself. I'm genuinely grateful for the guidance and support I received. If you're open to doing the work, this can be a powerful experience.

That there was always something to fix, something to heal, something to improve. Working with Sarah broke that pattern for me. Through our sessions, we were able to close loops I didn't even realize were still open. On a conscious level, I thought I had already "done the work." But at a subconscious level, there were still pieces waiting to be integrated. Sarah guided me gently and skillfully, even through the harder sessions. I always felt safe. Never rushed. Never judged. Just supported. After completing our work together, I feel lighter. More present. The constant feeling that I need to fix myself or prove something has finally quieted. I have already accomplished many of my external goals but internally I always felt like it was never enough. That cycle has stopped. I now feel whole rather than in progress. I genuinely appreciate the time I spent working with Sarah. I respect her as a practitioner and as a woman doing this work. It has been an incredibly meaningful experience and I would highly recommend her to anyone who feels ready for deep, subconscious transformation.

The best hour of my life!…read more I've visited Gwenn multiple times over the years for different things. I've referred family and friends to her without hesitation. She is exceptional! When I try to describe how she works... MAGIC. The best hour of my life: I woke up with a neck so sore and stiff I couldn't easily lift my head off the pillow. Could not turn my head toward either shoulder. I first thought I'd go to the chiropractor. No availability for a few days. I called Gwenn. She stood up the massage table and covered me with a cozy blanket. Then she cupped the base of my skull in her hands. For an hour? A day? I was completely in the moment. I didn't feel "massage" from her hands. instead I felt a warm sensation slowly spreading throughout my entire body, head to toe. When I got up, I could turn my head nearly all the way to either shoulder and the pain was greatly reduced. She is warm, intuitive, professional, and effective. Don't hesitate, get in touch.

And for me, hypnotism was more of a carnival act than a tool to deal with life's problems. I have seen several therapists, psychologists, and psychiatrists over the years for personal help and to help my son with his anxiety. All I can say is that I wish I had gone to Gwenn before seeing the others. She does everything the therapists do, but in a much quicker timeframe! And she gives you better tools to rewire your brain to avoid the unwanted behavior. She helped me understand why I was behaving in a certain way AND she gave me tools to use to change my future behavior. I honestly feel like you could go to a CBT therapist for 6 months or Gwenn for a few visits and come out ahead with Gwenn. She's that smart!
