I was disappointed with my experience during the initial inquiry process. Reaching out for mental health support can already feel stressful, so I expected clear communication and a welcoming response. Unfortunately, it was difficult to get the information I needed about services, availability, and next steps. Responses were slow, and when I did receive them, they didn't fully answer my questions. The overall process felt disorganized and left me uncertain about whether my concerns were being taken seriously. I never had an appointment, so I can't comment on the quality of therapy itself. However, based solely on my experience trying to inquire about services, I was not left with a positive first impression and chose to look elsewhere for care. I would not recommend. read more

When I contacted Fab, I was feeling very frustrated with myself. I was creating a negative situations in my life, stressed and limiting myself in my success. On top of that I had sciatica pain in my hip. Was it related? Not sure. Fab was easy to talk to, non judgmental and open. She has the training, experience and knowledge necessary. I met with Fab to work out some personal problems I was experiencing that had me feeling blue... It was amazing how quickly the issue was brought to my attention... It turned out something else was the actual issue- and hypnosis got to the root of the problem. In only one session, I was able to identify my issue and have an opportunity to discuss it with Fab. For a very long time, I have been longing to be 'enough'. I couldn't accept praises/compliments graciously. I couldn't feel worthy enough and went through various stages from denial, to cover up, to finally become an overachiever, assuming that being successful will finally make me feel worthy. But the truth is to feel worthy, you need not need any of that. It simply has to come from within. One's self-worth has nothing to do with achievements. Fabienne is amazing! I only met her one time and it was the best experience of my life. I was able to uncover some subconscious limiting beliefs that I was carrying around since middle school and she helped me to acknowledge them and to get rid of them.
