Met Vince a day or two later to show him the job, and he sent me a quote that night. Got a few bids, and his was the cheapest, so I texted and asked to be put on the schedule. They came today (10/24/26), arrived at 10am as they said they would, and made quick work of everything in 3 hours. I drew lines on the trees to show them exactly where I wanted the trees cut, and I also asked them to cut the stumps straight across "as if it was a table at a child's teaparty." Was super impressed with Ted's knowledge of how best to fell the tree, using ropes and such, and I would give them a 10/10 for every aspect of the job! Including the clean-up! I've never had someone work on my yard and leave it in such beautiful condition! They raked everything up so well, it looks like they took a vacuum to it! (And so I got half my leaves raked up for free, lol!) Will definitely use Artistic Tree Care again in the future, loved working with them, and watching them show off their mad tree skilz.

They were over an hour late, several areas of intact sod were left behind, which we had to go back and remove ourselves. More concerning, sprinkler tubing and wiring were damaged during the removal, and rather than bringing the damage to our attention, some of it appeared to have been covered up. We only discovered the issues afterward when we were preparing the yard for the next stage of the project. To their credit, the company did reimburse us for the sprinkler repairs once we brought the damage to their attention, and I appreciate that they ultimately made that right. However, the fact that the damage was not disclosed and that multiple areas of sod were left behind significantly affected our confidence in the quality of the work. I would recommend being more clear about any damage and doing a more thorough final inspection before considering the job complete.
