The food is delicious and they are super friendly. The vibe is awesome and the front of house is super energetic. The menus are colorful and it was a joy eating here! I'd visit again any day!

I always say ... I'll end up exactly where I'm supposed to be . Stumbled upon this spot for breakfast and it was perfect in every way . Inside and outdoor seating . Friendly staff . Pastries , sandwiches , coffee and tea . They also sell tea and tea accessories . Already missing Rome .

With so many restaurants in Rome, it's hard to find a decent restaurant that is consistent and the food is great. I was able to find that at Fabrica. The outside decor doesn't remind me of a restaurant but the inside is more appealing and appropriate of a seat dine dining. The waiter was fluent in English and very helpful, courteous and made some great recommendations I ordered the English breakfast and it was cooked as ordered and it was one of the best breakfasts I had while in Rome. The portion sizes were appropriate for the price and bacon, oh the bacon reminded me of bacon you find in your local grocery store in the United States. If I do make it back to Rome in the future, I definitely have a reliable restaurant for breakfast and their pastries are delicious great also. This was definitely one of my favorite restaurants in Rome. Check them out!

If you're Vatican city waiting around for the Sistine Chapel, take a short walk down to this really cute cafe! They have an amazing breakfast menu and many pastries to choose from. It was all very reasonably priced and there was also free WiFi to pass the time by. I ordered their chocolate ganache pie and my dad ordered their lemon cheesecake tart. Both very flavorful and not sweet. My boyfriend ordered their English style breakfast set and it came with a lot of stuff! All very yummy and bite sized for an afternoon snack. I really liked how relaxing it felt inside, unlike the Vatican filled with tourists and commotion.

I know it's not very Italian to want a hot breakfast (traditionally just coffee and a pastry or as someone joked on trip advisor, coffee and a cigarette LOL), but after being in the city for a couple of days, I needed something hot to start my day! When you are traveling, you really need a hearty breakfast. Thank you yelpers for letting me know about this place! I ordered the English breakfast, which came with toast, butter, bacon, ham, cheese, pancakes, croissant, orange juice, coffee, and an egg (scrambled or fried, your choice) for 14 euros. The amount given for each condiment of nutella and jam was incredible - probably about 4 times the amount you'd get in the USA. Everything was pretty good for being in a foreign country. My food was slightly cold, and I wonder if the food sat on a counter somewhere before being brought to me. The barista was a bit busy, so I waited about 30 minutes for breakfast. In contrast, the men who came and sat next to me only waited 15 minutes. Luck of the draw, I guess! I really liked the decor. When you walk in, there are tea-related items, which are really cute. The artwork inside is quaint and charming as well, e.g. a "painting" made of buttons. I could totally see this as being some kind of place where college students go to study, like at Starbucks in the USA. I would definitely come here again, especially since I could not find another hot breakfast place in the area (and no, I did not want pizza for breakfast). The barista and the cashier both spoke English fluently enough to communicate and explain what is included in the breakfast. This is not far from the Vatican or the Ottaviano metro station (red line). This is also basically across the street from a mercado (see my reviews), which means you can have a hearty breakfast and then go grocery shopping. Enjoy!

Attn anyone sealing a solid American style breakfast. We found this gem by accident. They have absolutely hands down the best brunch in Rome. Eggs, toast, ham, coffee,oj, and jams. For only 12 euro!! This place is hidden and tucked away by a small storefront. Just walk in to about 20 ft and turn left. There is a full bar, tons of eloquent seating and a extremely relaxing atmosphere. The staff is friendly and aims to please. Everything we ate was fantastic.! We were in Rome for a week and we searched high and low for a "home style meal" we had eaten so many Croissants and muffins it was time for a real meal. Thank the lord we found this. I hope you have the great opportunity to eat here if your wanting that American breakfast feel. Ciao

We found this place on Yelp. We walked 20 mins out of the way to come here because we were looking for a restaurant that serves breakfast. Lol. As Americans, we didn't realize how difficult it is to find breakfast....typical breakfast, eggs, toast, bacon, etc. out here in Rome, breakfast is not a big deal. Anyhow, we walked to come here, was skeptical at first....the entrance is a little confusing. But listen for the dishes and keep walking. Lol. Once we walked in, we were warmly greeted. The server sat us walked away and tended to us promptly. She was very courteous. Anyhow, we ordered the "English Breakfast." It came out pretty fast. It is a LOT of food. Previous yelps say the meal is 10 euros. It is now 12. Lol. But still, a ton of food and comes with coffee. A VERY good meal. At the end she gave us complimentary deserts. Which was also very nice. All around good service, good food, good drinks, and a nice little environment. Must try.

Excellent Excellent Excellent breakfast. Well worth the money. The barista/waiter was very lively. The facility was well decorated. I was very comfortable with the ac and the music was tasteful. We got the English Breakfast which had a variety of pastries, juice, cappuccino, toast and spreads. Can't wait to come back!

The place looks great and the drinks were fine but the staff was incredibly rude. If you are an American I recommend avoiding this place.

I'm "supposed" to prefer the local gelato places that use the…read morelittle metal containers that hide the product, not some foreign mega brand that puts bigass visible trays of gelato in front of tourists... BUT: I was on a mission, and that mission was to find the best dark chocolate gelato in Rome, and somehow this place caught my eye, with its super dark gelato flavors. So I gave it a try... and wow. Mission accomplished. They have a few flavors here that are truly special that I could not find elsewhere in Rome... or at least not a version as good as the versions we had here. I got a three flavor cup, and both the "dark / noir" and the "coffee chocolate" (or some Italian word for that) were amazing. I forget what the third one was. What about the other Lindt products in this store? I have no idea. I stopped buying Lindt chocolate ever since the doses I picked up at Safeway in the states failed to make it past the first round of my taste tests.

Inside there are many choices for dessert, all of them nicely decorated and great tasting. Past the front section where you can purchase gelato and dine-in desserts, there are huge bins full of their signature candies (truffles and more) that you can mix and weigh yourself. If you are a chocolate lover, this is a good place to check out. It is sure to satisfy any sweet tooth. My only gripe is that the fruity candies (chews, gummies, etc) are not very tasty... but hey, they are known for chocolate so that's alright with me.

To the point where I asked the servers where I can purchase it and they said they get it from here. What a hidden gem!!! Located directly behind the Pantheon, this is the tea shop of my dreams. It smells amazing, obviously, and the sweetest woman was so patient with us and helped us out with choosing teas. These teas are loose leaf teas that are sold by the gram. They have hundreds of different teas from kombucha to chamomile to ginseng to orange to various black teas and green teas. The lady who helped us was so knowledgeable about different teas and you could tell she truly enjoyed what she does. I've never seen or smelled so many teas in my life. We kind of went crazy and bought 60 euros of tea but the bags were big, the prices amazing, and the smells enchanting. I knew that I couldn't find a tea shop that comes remotely close to this one in the US so we bought enough to have over months to come. Highly highly recommend this tea shop if you're looking for authentic tea!
