Rachel delivers her work on time, at remarkable value, and is capable of virtually anything you can dream up. A recent example: we have a beautiful George Nakashima table and have always admired the leg support construction. We asked Rachel to build an art gallery-style bench with the same type of support. She simply looked at the table when she was here and, a few weeks later, delivered a stunning Nakashima style bench with exquisite black walnut legs. With all the remodeling happening in our home, we wanted to upgrade our beige bedroom Roman shades for another neutral to complement our new style, then ditch curtains, add shades on one set of windows in my Vanity Room and home office. COVID-safe, at-home consultation was gratis and every square inch of all three rooms were carefully measured. With colors in mind, all we needed was to stop in and look at numbers. I met hubs here, looked at fabrication and colors- while Mitch confirmed on his end if textiles were available. 360 is small- but equipped with Venetian, Vertical, Roller, Pleated, Roman shades, blinds, etc samples on display. Based on our likes, Mitch quoted a hefty sum for our Roman shade measurements and fabric. It was more than what we wanted to spend for all 3 rooms, so decided to focus on our bedroom only. I needed new slipcovers for two large couch cushions and when LK&S arrived I was given one choice of cotton fabric to match my current slipcover and although it didn't match, they insisted it did and I gave in. First mistake. I asked if they could restuff the cushions as well. I mentioned that they were supposed to be rounded and plump in the seat and right now were flat. They said they would make new ones and took one of the couch cushions with them. When they brought back the new cushions, they were as flat as the old ones and when I pointed this out they started arguing with me. I told them I wasn't happy with them but I paid them (second mistake) and told them I wanted the old cushion returned. The new cushions are so flat I can barely get up from the couch. The foam is full of chemicals which are stinking up my apartment. And although I've left many messages asking for the old cushion back, I have gotten nothing. It's been a month. My next email will be to the Better Business Bureau.
