I have no words to explain how wonderful Emily was or how much she improved our birth experience. She was always available prior to the birth by phone or text and our in person meetings with her felt relaxed and added to my excitement. On the day of our baby's birth she kept in touch and then came over as soon as I said maybe I wanted her. Prior to and during labor her massage skills were amazing and her voice through contractions kept me calm. She even gave my husband a massage to calm him a bit. Our home birth was everything we hoped it could be and I credit a lot of that to Emily. It is hard for me to find the right words to exactly describe how amazing and gifted Emily is so I will share the email I wrote to Emily when my husband and I were still glowing from the experience. I hope she won't mind! "Emily, Chris and I are still on a high from how absolutely incredible and perfect we view Dahlia's birth. We feel so lucky that things went exactly as we envisioned. That seems to be a rare outcome these days and we are truly blessed. Seeing your doula skills in action made me realize that some people truly do have a calling. I saw an article today titled something like, reasons you don't need a doula and I just laughed. There is no way I could have had the birth experience I had without you. I think we need to discuss you canceling this silly move to OK." When we met for my postpartum visit I talked to Emily about flying her up to NYC for subsequent births. I think it says a lot that with all of the talented doulas in NYC, I don't want to mess with success and really need Emily by my side. NYC has suffered a great loss with Emily's move to OK. My husband's input: Emily just gets pregnant women and knew exactly what my wife needed during labor probably better than my wife knew - counter pressure, massage and encouragement. She even rubbed my neck when the stress was getting to me and made it easier for me to get in a nap. I don't even want to think what the experience would have been like without Emily. That's why we need her back for the next baby.

Emily is wonderful at her job. I feel totally comfortable and relaxed here. The whole experience is worth every penny. I have been twice and can't wait to go back!

I've been a customer for many years, and Ziegler's is the best around. They've been in business 50+…read moreyears! Their store is huge, filled with all kinds of art, artworks, housewares, lighting and merchandise. Their framing shop is absolutely top notch, offering matting and framing services. Their art supply store is huge too, filled with every type of art supply and offering a number of painting classes and art classes. Supporting this place makes my Tulsa heart feel good, and it's easy to do since their prices are great and their customer service is so friendly.

I went here in August to get a large family portrait framed. They not only suggested I buy a…read morepre-done frame, but they also suggested I cut the photo down to size a bit. Both suggestions were appreciated. It cost me just a little over $40 for a large frame and they did not charge me for cutting the photo down. I know I would have paid a LOT more for that at the local Hobby Lobby. (This was a pretty large photo--about 27 x 40".) We recently returned to get four art pieces framed. The help in picking out framing stock, matting and glass was much appreciated. We have not picked them up yet, but I have no doubt they will be great. (Granted, this foray was a bit more expensive than my $40 frame.) I love to peruse their galleries and look in that back rooms at the decorating pieces. It's more than just a frame shop. I will remember that next Christmas.
