What sets Charles apart is how much he genuinely cares about the health of your hair. It's so hard to find a stylist who prioritizes maintaining healthy hair over trying to sell you additional services. Before finding Charles, I saw several different hairstylists throughout the city, but none of them cared about the long-term health of my hair the way he does. I've been coloring my hair for years, so I definitely don't have the healthiest hair to begin with. Charles understands my hair, knows exactly how it processes, and never rushes the coloring process. He takes his time with every step to make sure my hair stays healthy while still achieving the results I want. Over the years, he's earned my complete trust. I always value his recommendations because he truly understands my hair and always has its best interest in mind. I'm so happy I found my go-to stylist in the city. I absolutely love my hair every single time I walk out of Unfade x Muze! If you're looking for someone who is incredibly talented, patient, and genuinely invested in the health of your hair, go see Charles!!! you won't regret it!

I went in and they were able to service me very quickly. The vibe is very upscale and very nice. The staff was very kind and very helpful. They tested a strain on my hair and it turned out red, and said that I wouldn't be able to go ash blonde. Super grateful that they did a test but very sad that I was unable to do the color that I want. They did offer me to do like an ash brown, but that wasn't what I wanted unfortunately. They told me I could wait for it to grow out and then they can't fix it up and do the color that I want. I will definitely be revisiting the salon since the service is so good and they are so kind.

I was excited but nervous because it was my first time with a curly hair specialist. But let me tell you, if i could give Lynette 10 star, I would! She was so sweet, friendly, and an expert in her craft! She let me know what she was doing step by step, told me each product she was using, and how to use it. When it was time to see my hair, I was overwhelmed with positive emotions that I almost cried. Lynette made me feel so beautiful!!!! I'm so happy with my results that I booked her already for my next appointment. I had such a great experience with Lynette. I would recommend her to everyone with or without curly hair!!!! The pricing was great. I spent $150 for a cut, wash, and style. I have seen most curly haircuts to be $300+. I didn't feel pressured to buy anything, but left with most of the products she used on my hair. Clean ingredients and fair pricing. Not to mention, the salon is sooooo beautiful! There's a secure place to keep your bags and coat. My clothes were not stained when I left. The towels they use are washed often. The studio is located in a lively area. The music that was being played was calming and trending. I was directed to Lisa, who did two consultations about a single process treatment. Lisa throughly looked at my requests and offered me exquisite advice and suggestions. She even did her "homework" and showed me women with my hair texture and length. We settled on a color and omg, AMAZING! She was fun, listened to all my stories, and knowledgeable. I'm thrilled with my color! I got the color rinsed out by another stylist whose name I don't know but she has silver blue hair. I'm embarrassed to say it but that's the most RELAXED I've been in a while, so much that I fell asleep. The temperature was perfect. She took her time and washed all the shampoo and conditioner out my hair. I was blow dried, pressed and cut by Davide who's literally did God's work with my hair. My hair grows in a weird way, I have some longer pieces, I have some really short pieces but when I got out that chair I felt like the prettiest woman in the world. He informed me of the products he put in my hair which I'm about to go buy! He took his time and offered great service. I always used to wear my hair up because the shape of the cut I had looked so bad but now I can let my hair flow in the wind. Bravo! I'm so happy I stumbled across this place. I've been going through such a difficult situation in my life but when I walked out the salon I felt like me again. See you guys soon!

Yesterday I had a great haircut by Angie - she had no problem tackling my bushy curly hair and leaving me with beautiful layers and a blow out in record time. I also regularly see Joanna for color who has worked wonders to get me to a nice caramel brunette after I messed up my own hair color at home! Last time I saw her I needed highlights and gray root coverage. She knew I was in a rush, and she managed to do both processes at the same time to get me out of there faster. Highly recommend!
