The motto "team training, life changing" is exactly what I've experienced since joining this gym at the end of March. As of today, I've completed 37 classes, and even though I'm still at the very beginning of my journey with F45 Training, my only regret is not starting sooner. This has truly been the best gym experience of my life. I genuinely look forward to every class -- even when they completely kick my butt -- and I look forward just as much to the incredible community. I can't say enough amazing things about the coaches. Every single one I've worked with has shown so much care, encouragement, and kindness not only to me, but to everyone around them. It truly feels like they are invested in each person's journey just as much as we are ourselves. As a mom of three who walked into this gym only six months postpartum, feeling physically exhausted and broken after kids, I feel incredibly grateful to have found this place and these coaches. If you've been on the fence about joining, let this be your sign to do it -- especially if you're a mom looking for support, strength, and confidence after having babies. The enrollment process is simple and straight to the point. I have joined a few gyms and many of them try to sell you on their gym before you've even taken a class. Was actually introduced to F45 by a Yelp Event. It's a bit of a drive for me but I enjoy the vibes here! Payments are pretty flexible. Super easy to book classes with the app. Also access to great equipment and clean towels. Great set of music to keep us moving as well. I'm not athletic at all haha so it's nice to just come in and have a workout set up and planned. Coaches are all very approachable and motivating. Best cardio class I've taken in 2022! Got my butt kicked ! Brittany the manager was the Coach along with another awesome coach . Clean facility , loved the stations , not your typical workouts which kept it fun ! The screens all over and timers were very helpful and the heart monitors keep you from slacking ! The format at F45 is an efficient way to get your work out done if you do not have much time to spend at the gym like me ;-) Their work outs are backed by Science & it is not a traditional gym . I like how i go there not with the mere intention of looking good on the outside (aesthetically) but with the intent to actually get my heart pumping , tone up , get my blood circulation going & just wanting to feel healthy from the inside out knowing that i am functional , active , fast & mobile. The studio is spacious with lots of parking spots , the work outs are fun & never the same , the coaches are supportive & competent . Most of all , it feels like a community of like-minded people, from all fitness levels with the goals of simply becoming better versions of themselves. This rating is specifically for their sales rep/management. I was previously with F45 for a very long time, but had to cancel my membership due to pregnancy complications and restrictions from my OB. Fast forward, I've been cleared by my OB to workout again. So I contacted F45, as I'm ready to go back. I spoke to a sales rep (not going to name any names), who had called me, and asked her if I can go back to rate I was originally paying. Unfortunately, she said no and offered me a different pricing. She didn't bother to check with management to make sure if it was even ok to go back to my original rate. The part that made me upset is that she was very pushy and made it seem like her time was more important than the customer's. She told me she was in a hurry, that F45 was already closed, and that she too wants to enjoy the holiday. I should have just hung up on her right then and there, and made her lose out on a sale. Lucky for her, I really enjoyed F45 and their coaches. Just really upsetting that a great franchise like F45, has a sales rep with that kind of attitude and lack of customer service. Really miss the previous sales reps who were very kind and willing to work with you. read more

I wanted to give this a chance because I was very interested in group work outs but their sales/booking person wasn't the friendliest. She wanted to charge me $25 before even tell me anything about the training center/company. I wanted to meet in person and tour the facility, and she said she works remote. She didn't even recommend me to talk to someone in person. If they want to welcome people with open arms and build a community I suggest finding someone who can actually tour the facility with potential clients before making them pay upfront. I'm not going to pay for a service when I don't even know what it's about or even want to, if an employee isn't being pleasant or helpful. read more

I have happily been a member since October of 2023 and I don't plan on leaving anytime soon. I had been struggling loosing my baby weight and just feeling myself again after my first baby and once I walked into F45 I immediately signed up and I knew this was the place for me! Highly recommend F45. It's a 45 minute workout that combines strength and high intensity interval training. There's a new workout everyday, you just have to make it there and you get your workout on. You don't have to be super in shape either, there's always modifications and the coaches are so supportive and help you out. It's a great, fast paced workout that really works you out. I've been going 5 days a week for over a month now and I'm already down over 10 lbs and feel so much stronger.
