Best trainers, best equipment, cleanest gym, best owners and best supportive members. I started 5 years ago and thought I was too old but started anyway for the challenge. It is the hardest but fun workout and you leave every day feeling accomplished. I was part of a regular gym for 5 years and only went 5 times in 5 years, here...I go 5 times in 1 week! I may be the oldest woman here but they challenge me like everyone else and I like that. I'm not the fastest or strongest but I'm am the fittest that I can be and that is good enough for me.
