It's also a membership based gym, but you're paying for amenities like the pool, sauna, while extra payment is needed for personal trainers. I personally never used anything but the gym equipment here because I always come as a guests since my parents are members. They have some interesting process for guest members such as getting their blood pressure taken and I've seen guest clients be turned away temporarily because of it.

Recently, my membership was suspended because the management deemed it unethical to continue charging me while I was not attending. I conveyed to Donna, the manager I have not yet met, that I am willing to continue paying. However, their primary concern seems to be my accrued classes, for which I have already paid. They informed me that I would only regain access to my accrued classes if I re-enrolled, limiting my ability to utilize these classes to a specific timeframe. I find it highly unethical that I am required to sign up again to access my accrued classes (in a specific time frame), while my new membership will continue to accrue additional classes. This approach demonstrates a lack of respect for clients and prioritizes financial gain over customer satisfaction. The business practices at this pilates studio are subpar, with even former employees highlighting a lack of respect. While they offer standard pilates classes, there is nothing exceptional about the experience. Instructors frequently change without prior notification, and clients are often spoken to in a condescending manner. I would prefer to invest my $250 in a more professional studio.

Not to mention it had cost an arm and a leg plus it involved a long hard to get out contract. It took me over four years to get the courage to get another. I found Power 1 Fitness and am so glad I did. There is no long term contract. They have plenty of sessions to chose from to suit your needs. I am here to lose weight and to strengthen and tone. I like the one on one sessions and the fact o dont have to feel uncomfortable or self conscience. 30 minutes is just long enough to feel the difference in your body. Jason pushes just enough to show you that you can go just beyond your limits I highly recommend this place!
