F45 is a fun and intense workout. I've been to other F45 locations in other states, and this…read moreparticular studio is above average. The coaches are friendly and helpful, the equipment is newer and in good shape, and the location is well placed with a Whole Foods, several restaurants, and more close by. The class times are convenient, and scheduling them is a breeze with the F45 app. They even provide sweat towels at no cost. If you're looking to change up your workout, try F45! They have a 7 day free pass to get you started.

It was almost ten months before I had the nerve to sign up for a 10-session membership. Although I had been working with a trainer for a few years, this was a faster-paced group workout, and I was afraid I might be viewed as too old to join in. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The trainers asked my name, explained the setup, and cheered me on through my first workout. I like strength training, so I chose to attend T/Th. The workouts rotate daily. The trainers demonstrate the day's training routine, lead you through a warm-up and assign you a partner and a place to start. You are not competing against your partner. You're challenging yourself during the 45-minute workout. Sometimes I forget that I have a partner; I am so concentrated. According to my Fitbit, I average 36 zone minutes, with 20+ minutes in the Fat Burning zone and +-10 in the Cardio & Peak zone. I have made some workout buddies at F45, and I love that the trainers all know my name and give me a fistbump when we finish.

I am a big advocate for F45. Every workout is a challenge but a great one…read more MWF and Saturdays are more cardio intensive while TTH focus more on weight/strength training. The program creates workouts that are never the same each day so if you're like me who gets bored with doing the same exact routine every day then this is a workout for you. This location offers classes that start as early as 530am, 630am, 10am, 530pm and 630pm. On Fridays their latest class is at 530pm and Saturdays they only have 930am and 1130am classes with a DJ present to get the people going. Each class is scheduled for 45minutes. They start out the class with the trainers demonstrating each station. But they also have three TVs that will also have someone showing you what to do at the station so you don't have to memorize what each station is. Then, after the demonstration everyone faces the TVs to follow the warm up moves. At this time, trainers will walk around to give you a station number where you will start your workout after you finish warming up. If you don't get sweaty after a F45 workout, you're not challenging yourself enough. And last but not least, as to why I commit to going every day is because of the trainers. I've tried different gyms/ workout classes but the dedication and motivation that the trainers bring to class every day is inspirational. So whether you're an athlete or someone going to the gym for the very first time, they make you feel comfortable and are truly engaging throughout the classes. They will even do it with you! If you're in the Victory Park/Uptown location, it doesn't hurt to try F45. They offer a free 7 day trial so you can get a taste of what it's like.

My honest review: I…read morehave worked out at Orange Theory for about 2 years and saw relatively slow results. It was mostly cardio based and I never felt challenged. What I love most about F45: 1. The trainers! Brian and Fran know my name and it's honestly the thing that impressed me the most. Every time I come in, they ask me how I've been and how I feel that week. They get to know their clients names and I find that extremely important. 2. The trainers push me. There are some days I don't want to be there but I'm working towards my goals. The workouts are freaking hard and I can tend to get discouraged. We had a chin up exercise and I immediately started doing an alternate version. Fran noticed this and stopped what she was doing to come help me with the chin ups by adding the bands to the bottom of my feet. Not only did she suggest that but she stood there and made me complete 5!!! I honestly wouldn't have attempted it if she hadn't encouraged me to do so. THEY CARE! 3. The studio is *always* clean and the equipment is well taken care of. 4. The workouts are HARD. Monday, Wednesday and Fridays are cardio days BUT THERE IS NO TREADMILL!! Y'all, I'm telling you. It's worth it. I feel stronger and leaner just by going there 4 times a week. I'm very pleased by switching to F45 from OTF.

This is my local F45 and it really has been life-changing!…read more Expect great workouts with excellent coaches and a really fun community. If you haven't been before, I highly recommend doing one of the trials. They have always been very easy to communicate with about billing and memberships and renewals, and all that. You can't say that for most gyms! Be aware that every day of the week has a different style of workout -- so if you were looking for cardio, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday are going to be very cardio forward. If you were looking for strength, Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday will be your friend. The coaches here have always been amazing and they really feel like friends! They have all been amazing, but Coach Lo and Coach Perla and Coach DeMarcus and Coach Gesus were very formative for me as I was embarking upon my fitness journey. This F45 is awesome!

I chose the 3-day trial option with some friends to see how it would be. I'm primarily doing the evening classes. Before I came to my first class, I received a call from the instructor to see if I had any questions for the upcoming class. For someone who was out of shape, the instructors have always been great at helping encourage me and guiding me with proper form in exercises. Before my second/third class, I received another call to see if I had any questions. Classes have to be signed up for either on the mobile app or website. Instruction takes place promptly where at least two instructors (with one main instructor) guiding the class through a set of exercises. Classes are anywhere from 45 minutes to 60 minutes. Each day has its own set of exercises/breaks, and is different from other days. Each location also has its own prices and any packages are specific to that location. After my trial, I selected the 10 class package which expires in a year. This allows me flexibility to try the classes I want to try even if it's at a slightly higher price. I'm going to make it a point to try the classes I want and in the future, if necessary, get either the monthly/unlimited package. I recommend anyone who's wanting to try F45 come to this location for the fantastic instructors/customer service they have.
