The studio doesn't answer calls or emails, and when I finally got someone on the phone, they admitted they had no idea what to do. Now I'm getting emails saying my membership will resume despite all my efforts to cancel. It's ridiculous that a national brand operates this carelessly. They make it easy to take your money but impossible to leave. I would never recommend this location or this company to anyone.

Earlier this year, I tried multiple times to cancel my membership over the phone, but the…read moremembership was never actually canceled. Today, I was contacted by a collections company, which was very surprising and frustrating. When I called the gym, I was informed that cancellations cannot be completed over the phone and must be done in person. Unfortunately, I now live about an hour and a half away from that gym, so that was never clearly communicated to me. I agreed to pay the past due balance, but what was especially frustrating was that it was not clearly explained from the beginning that, after making the payment, the membership would still automatically renew unless I physically came in to cancel it myself. I honestly felt like important information was being withheld, and the communication throughout this process did not feel transparent or sincere. I would strongly recommend that anyone trying to cancel their membership get clear written confirmation of the cancellation process and account status to avoid unexpected charges or renewal issues.

I don't like the younger people who come late at night and slam weights, gang monopolize machines, grunt/scream and who are generally just very annoying and loud. One of them has a membership and sneaks 20 of their friends in when the staff leaves. Not the friendliest gym. It is intimidating with all the new beef cake posters on the wall.
