He took pictures and explained everything and then gave us options to fix our roof. He cares about you as a customer, not just making money from your problems. He ended up talking us out of the more expensive option because it turned out that it wasn't needed once he got started. We don't know anything about roofing and he could have easily convinced us that the more expensive fix was needed, but instead only did what was actually necessary. Dave is the ONLY man that I will ever call to fix my roof and I trust him entirely with the repairs and the pricing.

They were supposed to return 7/3 to finish up. No show. Played phone tag until he told us they would be back Monday. Total disruption of weekend plans considering my living room furniture was in my kitchen. He and my husband negotiated a small refund of payment, The finished 7/5. They left all of the debris in the yard and killed our grass underneath. The showed up 7/13 to clean it up but of course my husband had. They got started sooner than we thought they were going to be able - which was awesome. After receiving our estimate, we got a sweet, handwritten card in the mail which was a lovely touch. While there are a few minor things we're not totally happy with (mostly cosmetic things we now need to figure out how to fix on our own: glass shower door that doesn't open and close smoothly; a couple of loose floor boards; loose knobs on new laundry doors; small holes in wall where stair railing was replaced; grout splattered on walls and bathroom door; wobbly ceiling fan), we will likely hire them again for future needs.

We hired Frank Flores and his company, The Framing Crew Construction Company, LLC, to do a reno of…read moreour house. This was to include front porch and convert 2 car garage to a primary suite and laundry/mudroom. The quality of the work was sub par. The crew seldom used framing squares or a level during the build. This resulted in obvious sub par finishes. Door casings not aligned or level, caulk was heavily relied on in order to cover up gaps and errors. Frank used the framing carpenters for all detail work instead of hiring skilled tradesmen. We decided to purchase on our own specific quality materials because Frank took many short cuts and purchased cheap materials, again ignoring best business practices. Frank frequently was not here for supervision. Often, this resulted in things needing to be redone. He received his final payout and disappeared leaving his business sign and our side entrance without a handrail, which was to be compled the next day for safety. There has been NO FOLLOW-UP, no contact from Frank to inquire about our current satisfaction. In closing, if you are looking for high quality construction on your home...The Framing Crew is not going to meet expectations. Barry and Joyce, Forest Oaks homeowners

Job started, In at 9 and leave at 11, in at 10 leave at 2, no show 2days. At the end of the 10th work day (Uri) and 33 hrs. on job I called super for help (Omar). After the 13th day I gave up on the idea of bath b and I called the main office for help (Bryan & Christina) and asked please come out and just look at the job being done here and tell me if this is the quality of work you represent. Omar finally came out and said I can't believe this and this will have to be redone. They were having trouble scheduling and we had our spring vacation coming up so we gave them the keys to the house and said we will be back on this day it's all yours. Returned home Sunday afternoon at 4 (one week on vaca and 6 weeks after job start) and Troy is loading up his tools. The main room is 90% and at this point I'm happy with that but I walked into the bath and nothing had been done there to finish, the same as (Uri) left it, missing base board molding, unfinished drywall. If you have anything beyond 1 man, one day, patch and repair stay away. Poor supervision, poor follow up.
