Mr Mendoza came highly recommended. His presented as honest and reliable, We hired him to do our floors. His crew was late the first day and didn't arrive until we called. Next day was fine. They were supposed to return 7/3 to finish up. No show. Played phone tag until he told us they would be back Monday. Total disruption of weekend plans considering my living room furniture was in my kitchen. He and my husband negotiated a small refund of payment, The finished 7/5. They left all of the debris in the yard and killed our grass underneath. The showed up 7/13 to clean it up but of course my husband had. We have been playing phone tag *because we don't get an answer when we call or text) since 7/6. He said someone who be over last Friday.No Show. FInal straw was when he hung up in my husband face last night after asking us to call. They are getting a 2 stra because the work was really good but dealing with them was a nightmare.
