One year ago, on January 11, 2024, i had a leak from the eave in the front of my house. They sent a…read moregentleman out to assess and fix it. I was charged for this repair and then referred to another repair company to have the plaster/dry wall repaired. Fast forward to last night. The leak starts again in the exact same 1st floor location, as you can see if the photos. I call and today, a young man comes out to assess - he acknowledges he knows nothing about repairs, doesn't work on them, has to ask questions and talk to his boss. He asked questions about the roof - when clearly there are no leaks on the 2nd floor - walks around asking other irrelevant questions, calls his boss, and comes back in to tell me it's the mortar this time. Excuse me? Basically, it's JIT"s way of saying I am responsible for paying for the repair they didn't adequately fix the first time around. IN fact, this guy, Ben, tells me that the guy who did the repair last year was NOT actually a repairman! How was I to know that?? I trusted what I was told and paid what I was charged. Apparently that's no longer enough. To now be told that I am responsible for something they didn't fix the first time around is inane and insane. And to make matters worse, when I call to talk to the owner, he's unavailable to talk. I am furious. I have a leak that will start up again with the next rain, an owner who isn't available to his customers, and a business that won't stand behind their repair work. Long story short, I am old and disabled due to a heart condition and multiple strokes. This Chris person put her off so many times and made promises not kept no-one would ever believe anything the liar said. Another month has passed trusting in his word - again a liar. This dishonest fool knew the roof was leaking water and the electrical box was being leaked on and already shorted out some lights. We had tried due to the shortage of qualified people to do the work by asking a neighbor able to climb a ladder to do what they could but only made it worse. Today he said his people did nothing because it was already fixed- not so, the neighbor which he knew about only made it worse. Another time he said he went on vacation! I ask my wife why she let a less than honest person get by so long. Honestly I would have kicked his rear to the curb so long ago. The owner needs to know this Chris will cost him his business if he does not get rid of him and don't believe anything this liar tells you. When you knowingly take advantage of the elderly and in poor health. You will have a special place reserved for you down below where no-one wants to go. This company was contracted to do the roofing across my new build neighborhood. Within 3-4 years,…read moremultiple new homes were experiencing leaks requiring significant repair, and at least 2 roofs required complete replacement due to the lack of quality in the roof, including wood rotting beneath shingles, exposed nails across more than 250 shingles and multiple vents/flashings, and complete lack of waterproof underlayment, among other issues. I had 2 second opinions come out and confirm the issues, and called AO to make it right. They did send guys out to fix the issues free of charge, but upon re-inspection with a second opinion, it appears they 1) ignored exposed nails that had been marked 2) shoddily caulked some shingles instead of replacing 3) for those shingles that were replaced, they were not resealed, leaving them prone to wind rain damage 4) shingles overlap instead of butting up to one another and 5) complete sections of the roof were missed, among other numerous issues. I'm now likely in line for a significant repair or complete replacement of a 4 year old roof. I cannot in good faith recommend Alpha-Omega due to quality issues seen across homes in my neighborhood and now as assessed twice on my home. Avoid if possible.

Jason is about the most personable, reliable, caring, and knowledgeable self-employed businessman you will ever meet. He responds personally by text or email in a timely way, following up reliably to solve problems and fulfill commitments. This isn't about getting or doing a job. It's truly about making sure your needs are taken care of responsibly, professionally, and expertly! I feel my "back" (roof) is covered no matter what, including relating to work done before he started working for me. I chose to use JC Solutions for these reasons, and would choose to even if the price were a bit higher, but as it turns out, it's not! The cost has been extremely competitive and reasonable on top of every other benefit. Now to share my experience. Jason responded quickly when I called him (from a referral from a more than satisfied friend) to investigate a possible chimney leak. Sure enough, there was damage to the chimney cap and siding that had resulted in a leak and the repair required a lot of creativity, ingenuity, and special customization of materials, all of which Jason handled with aplomb. He also replaced roofing boots which had leaked and later installed an unusual style of gutter guard which I chose to work best with my home and for longevity. Throughout, these projects required multiple visits, staying with the projects to obtain the correct materials and follow through, inspections, tweaking of various kinds (such as adding end caps to the gutter guards to keep out birds and squirrels), responding to address minor issues that arose, etc. I won't go into all these details. The point is that I am a cared for customer whose needs are continually addressed and in an ongoing, relationship-based way. And not nickel and dimed. This is so unusual in this day and age. I can't say enough how great it feels to know I have a safe, tight roof and gutters and will continue to...and that there is a reliable, community-caring person who stands behind me and his work. I highly recommend you work with Jason and his crew!
