Affordable Construction Magic!…read more I had already been through a couple of bad contractor experiences, so many that I'd put a bathroom remodel on hold for almost a year after it was already demolished. After numerous DIY related emergency room visits, and way too much time passed, I decided to give hiring a crew another shot. I found the LT Brothers through an online ad and made an appointment for an estimate. After the on-site visits of five companies, and five estimates, the LT Bros estimate came in fastest and most reasonable, by far, and they could start very soon. I agreed to the estimate and off we went. I had no idea what was about to happen. By the end of the first week, I was blown away! These gentlemen are some of the most proficient, skilled builders I have ever encountered. Their knowledge covers carpentry, electrical, HVAC, painting, plumbing, sheetrock, masonry, roofing, flooring, and more. But in my opinion, the most incredible skill that the LT Bros have mastered is problem-solving. I can't count all the times that they easily navigated some outright puzzles. By the end of the week, I was lining up any and every job I could with these guys. The weeks rolled by with not one argument, not one failed idea, and all sorts of design help and patience with my ever-changing requests. A bathroom remodel turned in to four other big jobs, each handled with the same respect and attention to detail as the first. I was honestly sad when the jobs were over and I had nothing else on my list for the guys to handle. After referring them to all my friends, family, and co-workers, I want to say to the general public who is in the triangle/triad area of NC to hire these guys as fast as you can if you need construction work done. No BS, I will not hire anyone else for any of my projects as long as the LT Brothers are around. E. P. Hillsborough, NC

Nonetheless, our contact person Madeleine and her crew came out to assess our foundation and cracks and some mold from the humidity in the crawlspace. In the end we went with mold remediation, a sump pump, new vapor barrier, joist lifts, and air sealing to keep out the creepy crawlies. Big ticket expense, but when compared to the competition, we went with them because of the thoroughness with the estimate interview and the willingness to answer all of our questions, they were also well-spoken of on other review sites including a popular large community message board, and the price was pretty comparable. Also, the crew was very good. My only ding would be was not putting the items in the crawlspace back in the order that it was originally, which saved space. But to add to their credit, we have one additional project that needs to be done outside of Little Corner's scope and the new company took a look at Little Corner's work and said "They did a very good job, this is how we would have done it." I think that speaks well of them as a whole. They may not be the biggest company, but they are professional, kind, and diligent about their work. Thank you, Madeleine and crew.

He did come originally when he stated he would, and brought a worker with him. They supposedly repaired the leaks, stating that he stood behind his work, and that he would come back if the leak continues and fix it at no extra cost to me until I was satisfied that the gutters no longer leaked on the outside and inside of my sunroom. It still leaked. He returned once, took a look, stated that the under plywood was wet from rain due to the leak and once it dried, within a few days; there would no longer be a leak since he repaired the gutters; no more rain could get in. He promised me that! Several Weeks later, the leak continues. He has not returned, and no longer answers my text messages. F/U, The Contractor Eddie contacted me today, and refunded me a fair amount of the money I'd paid him, and apologized for not contacting me last week as promised. Of course the gutter problem has still not been resolved.
