They don't do anything when you ask them to please remind the other tenants in the house to take down the trash, or pick up their dogs poop in our shared yard, it's mildly infuriating, but that's not the reason I'm writing this review. Last winter there was a mice issue, a man from LRG and the exterminator came out and set poison out. LRG said they would coordinate with the exterminator to come back to collect the poison, I never heard anything back. This kinda annoyed me, but I was like whatever I can get rid of this poison food crap myself. Fast forward to now, I stepped into a piece of rotted wood by the wall in our bedroom. This was the same time we found black mold in our A/C unit in our bedroom so I had them come out for both at the same time. They cleaned our A/C unit and cut out the wall(wall was rotting too), sprayed it with bleach and covered it with painters plastic, and that was it(April 10). Austin Jones contacted me (April 11) and said that he would keep us in the loop with everything going on, and ONCE AGAIN, I never heard anything. I sent a message(May 22) quite frustrated, because there is a hole in my wall and rotting floor in the room where my infant sleeps, so this is a big issue to me. Never got a response and I'm posting this review today (May 30).

One was mobility impairment and the other visual. Fortunately, Todd had prior personal experience with mobility issues involving his own family. He listened well to what our needs were and provided a wide range of information that was not in the usual scope of real estate agents. He never hesitated to seek out additional information on accessibility options, costs of modifying a house, feasibility of location, etc. He could determine right off if a house would not work for us, which was crucial, given that we could not be there in person. He was quick to set up virtual tours, take doorway measurements, and evaluate the remodeling possibilities. He was not simply out to make a sale and wouldn't hesitate to say that he couldn't see a particular house meeting our needs. We found the perfect house and then needed to find Mom a house nearby but nothing was opening up. Todd found a house that had just the right size, price, and location. He confided that the reason it was not selling was because the sellers weren't allowing agents to receive the full customary fee so they weren't showing it. This did not stop Todd, however, and it turned out to be just what we needed. Todd is a good spirit with lots of heart. He may try to sell himself a bit much, but nothing he said was ever untrue. He really is caring and conscientious, dedicated and straightforward. He bent over backwards to helps us at every step. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again.

Karen Kryzanowsky whom was supposed to be marketing and selling my property for the past 18+ months couldn't even send me the correct address and listing for my property when I questioned her about it last week. When I asked as to why I have NOT received a single offer over 18+ months of being in business with Karen, Karen gave excuses to why my property wasn't receiving interest. I simply asked to see the listing which I could NOT find on any search I made. Karen insisted she could see it. However, when I used common search engines to see my property listing, the listing was nowhere to be found. I made recommendations to help market the property on multiple commonly known real estate websites. Karen insisted it already was being automatically marketed on those same websites I recommended from the time she listed it on the MLS. It was NOT. When Karen finally showed me the property she could see but I could NOT, it was the wrong address being marketed by a completely different agent. Since this incident, I have neglected to work with Karen and plain and simple, if you would like for your property to actually be listed and marketed, I would NOT recommend Karen to anyone in search for Real Estate guidance or services.

Management only tows cars during office hours so at night cars park anywhere without parking stickers. Management does not keep the grounds clean and there is dog poop everywhere. The apartments at first glance look beautiful, but once you move the cabinet doors fall off and the cheap rug sheds all the time. This is how they take your money at the end. Also, it seems like someone is always being evicted. In my building alone in the last year and a half 4 apartments have been evicted.

If I had known, I would not have moved here...I moved from Califonia and got a call 4 days before…read moremy move in date telling me that they did not have my apartment for me, I needed a first floor for physical reasons. They then told me I would not be able to get my deposit back for 90 days, so finding another place was out of the question. I already had my flight booked and a moving company was already driving. I ended up in a 3rd floor for 2 months before they had another 1st floor opening. In order for me to change apartments, I had to sign a new lease, so that made me stay there an extra 2 months in the end. I rented 2 garages, One of them FLOODED OVER 6 INCHES every time it rained and both of them had MAJOR issues with the doors working. One time I sat outside for 45 minutes waiting for maintenance to come close the door. I called maintenance directly and found out that the office never even called them to help! MY CAR WAS BROKEN IN TO and the entry halls are very loud. My children and i were woken up multiple times because of people partying and talking loud, and stomping down the stairs in the middle of the night. Id say this happened about once a week. The appliances work mostly great, but are loud enough that I could hear the Dishwasher and/or the washing machine running, through 2 closed doors. Maintenance also had to come fix them about every 2 months though. The AC had major issues too! It apparently was leaking . The WINDOWS SUCK! they had to put plastic over them to help insulate, the air that came in caused a 12 degree differance withing 5 feet in the rooms. So that was nice, living in a "Luxory Apartment" and having plastic over the windows. Upon moving out and getting my deposit back, I was charged $360 for blinds that were broken when i moved in, and this was in the paper work when i moved in. I was also charged over 3 months worth of water, even though I didnt even live there for the last month! I tried calling multiple times, emailing, and een went to the office. Each time no one was there and i NEVER got a response. Alot of the building was just old, not fixed, sloppy. NOT LUXORY APAPRTMENTS at all INTERNET is good but not good, we lost a total of 21 days of the internet being out, and we still had to pay for these day! Theres more I can add but it will take up too uch space. Its just really nice to see how this company treats wounded Veterans!
