The staff was tremendously courteous in contacting, showing us units, the grounds, and even after paperwork, they followed up promptly to make sure things were as they should be.  This was a great process, we have an amazing view of the Star, and can practically touch Starbucks ( that might be a bad thing soon -_- lol ) Thank you, and bravo, to the staff here. They haven't offered to move us, haven't helped with the damage, and have completely ignored their responsibility. Because of their negligence, our belongings have been ruined. This has been a health hazard and a nightmare, and they've shown no concern or urgency to fix the situation. If you're considering moving here--don't. Save yourself the stress, the damage, and the danger. The apartment complex management doesn't have any compassion on all my items that was damaged due to mold inside the apartment and the management lied on reimbursement of my family's clothing, Furniture etc. please don't trust this place. We requested to be let out of the lease 5 weeks early, I tried to give them 2 months notice. This is an apartment that is going to be remodeled and rented for higher. They could have it remodeled and new tenants at a higher rate before our original move out date. Nonetheless clubhouse looks great, seems to be all they care about. The dumpsters are constantly overflowed with trash throughout the property.

Floor panel slipped out from under my foot in the bathroom one time so they don't always have secure flooring. When you need something fixed and they ask what a good time would be to come and you give one, don't expect them to show up at that time. Every time it was way earlier and unannounced or later. Save your money. They'll tack on an extra few hundred $ after your first lease runs out. Not to mention the prices are already horrendous to begin with. Save your money and pain for another place these guys don't have your back.
