Toothpaste on the mirror frame, trash on the floor under the sink, mold in the tub and caulking was blackened and pealing off, rust stains on the tub, crusted dirt in the corners, and used women's underwear under the bed. There are also a lot of unsupervised kids in the pool area which would be fine if they were all well behaved, but one was such a menace we couldn't safely enjoy ourselves and had to go back to our room. The hot tub in the pool area is the color of urine, though the others looked clean. I went and told the woman at the front desk who asked for my room number and said they "would have someone check into it", no apologies, no offer to make it right. Someone was supposed to check into it before I checked in and paid $212/night for this room, HOUSEKEEPING, MAINTENANCE and MANAGEMENT! It's their whole job. It is a great concept and building, and with some solid maintenance, quality management and some really really deep cleaning, it could be great again. As it currently stands, it is WAAAY over priced and pretty gross.

Review of wind city books in Casper Wyoming…read more Beautiful bookstore. I was walking to a different place for coffee when the elegant sign and the window display stopped me and drew me in. I was perusing the aisles of sweet delicious books before even realizing I had walked in. So keep your wits about you on account of the ambient fae magic. The variety of books was surprisingly broad. And I managed to find a few new books to add to my reading list in my favorite genre. Everything is clean and orderly and abundant. The coffee was delicious, as were the friendly attitudes of the baristas. I just stopped in Casper for coffee to drink on my way to Missoula. Next time I drive down this highway I'll stop here again.

I used to buy everything through Rocky Mountain and have bought thousands and thousands of dollars…read morethrough here. I've been having an issue with my 7 pin IQ bowsight which I bought through Rocky. The sight has a lifetime warranty on it. I understand having to send it in and wait for iq to get back to me, I brought the sight up to one of the guys at the counter and he started messing with it. Adjusted it way out of whack had absolutely no clue what he was doing then proceeded to take an Allen wrench to the tightening screw and stripped it. I literally watched him over tighten it and strip it. He blamed me for stripping it. Then through a hissy fit because i pulled the sight off and told them to take care of the warranty. That's just the start. He was mishandling my bow and knocking the cams all over the counter with absolutely no care in the world. I don't know what happened to all the good archery techs but I will not spend another penny there. I'll drive across the state and deal with Sheridan Rocky before I give Casper location anymore of my business.

He is absolutely overflowing with information, always wanting to learn more...and in turn, he is more than happy to give you the knowledge learned from his training thus far.
