Review of wind city books in Casper Wyoming…read more Beautiful bookstore. I was walking to a different place for coffee when the elegant sign and the window display stopped me and drew me in. I was perusing the aisles of sweet delicious books before even realizing I had walked in. So keep your wits about you on account of the ambient fae magic. The variety of books was surprisingly broad. And I managed to find a few new books to add to my reading list in my favorite genre. Everything is clean and orderly and abundant. The coffee was delicious, as were the friendly attitudes of the baristas. I just stopped in Casper for coffee to drink on my way to Missoula. Next time I drive down this highway I'll stop here again.

I had a grilled cheese panini with some local sweet mustard (that I liked so well I bought a bottle of it.) and delicious cold brewed coffee. There are homey tables spread throughout the little bookstore, that carries both new and used books. Janice and the rest of her staff are what make this place truly shine. She has impeccable customer service, and brims with warmth and pride of ownership. I was happy to spend my money here and support such a gracious and charming host. Thank you, Douglas, WY!

I was looking for supplies for handcrafting wands and this store did not disappoint. I was able to buy a gorgeous Quartz crystal for $20.00 and let me tell you, the Chi levels were off the chart when I got home and made my Crystal Scepter with it. Keep up the good work Josh! Casper is lucky to have such a great store.
