Their work is quality, and I dont mind driving from Redmond or Madras for their quality work! They've always performed the work I requested, and do a great job communicating with the insurance companies to give feedback and full explanations on why the estimates were what they amounted to. The front office ladies are prompt about communicating with me and letting me know where they're at in the repair process too. I had been dreading scheduling this and he made it so straightforward and simple. I dropped my car off on a Monday morning and my rental car was ready for me to borrow for the time my car was in the shop, the office was organized and clean and friendly. Three days later, as estimated, they called to say my car was finished and ready for pickup. The work they did to repair my minivan's rear bumper and lift gate from a rear end collision is flawless and they also repaired a side mirror for me (unrelated to the insurance work) at a super reasonable price. I was impressed that they also washed my car and vacuumed inside so it was all fresh and sparkling. Definitely recommend this shop, they made everything so easy and exceeded expectations in every way.

Unfortunately, the fiberglass had developed some serious oxidation, especially on the front cap. I tried the ol' wax by elbow grease method, but it wasn't working. After watching several "You Tube" videos on polishing technics, I ventured out into the big box and auto parts store world to find cutting compounds, polishes, pads and a polishing machine. I search high and low everywhere in Central Oregon and to my complete surprise, these types of stores stock almost nothing I needed to get started on my DIY detail adventure. I concluded that all this stuff was available only on line. UNTIL I FOUND DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH DETAILING SUPPLY STORE IN REDMOND OREGON! They have everything you could possibly need for auto, marine and RV detailing. The Diamond team are very knowable and set me up with all the right stuff (remember I am a complete newly). By the way, my RV looks fantastic now!

He went to online to find a used truck to purchase from a local Ford dealer which we figured was reputable . We were extremely wrong . The truck while beautiful on the outside was sold to us with a rear axle seal failure . We have tried contacting the dealer who wants nothing to do with this since we bought it . Their servicing department will not return the calls of our local service agent who wants to try and figure out why the warranty is not covering it that they sold us. We are heartbroken . We thought we had found a reliable Ford dealer and come to find out from the reviews I have found since our purchased shows us that this is certainly not true . I think anybody who purchased vehicles from here which there have been several and have had terrible experiences should start a class action lawsuit ! I am absolutely tired of not having phone calls returned service people giving us the runaround . No one ever being able to pick up their phone and speak to you about an issue that you're having . I am grossly unhappy and hope this dealership tanks .

As an insurance agent, I work with them professionally by referring clients to them and I utilize them as a resource when working with insurance adjuster. Also, I've taken my personal vehicles there for body work. In the professional aspect, the entire team at Prineville Body & Paint is polished, prompt, and proactive. They are attentive to my clients and handle them with patience and kindness. I find them more than fair in their pricing and their timing. Personally, I will share that they are competitive and so helpful. In one instance with an odd window problem, the dealer told me no warranty coverage and it was an $1,100 part replacement. Prineville Body & Paint showed me what component part failed, and was able to replace the component part for $150 - which included labor. How refreshing!! Don't hesitate to use them.
