I highly recommend F&C Landscaping! My husband and I bought a new construction home, so our backyard was a completely blank canvas. We had several ideas of what we wanted, but we couldn't quite envision how to bring everything together. Love my new backyard! Went from dirt to paver patio extension, artificial turf, cement edging, three kinds of contrasting gravel, a dry creek bed, drought hardy plants, lighting and irrigation. Fernando let me put my ideas into the design and helped compile an impressive application to the HOA committee. This company has all the tools and skilled employees to get the job done right. My elderly mom tried to use this company and scheduled an estimate. Fernando said he would be there at a specific time. He never showed. My mom called him and he said he would come back the next day. I went to be there to be present and help her. He never showed and failed to respond to text messages and phone calls and still has not gotten back to her. I know it's busy out there but this was irresponsible, unprofessional and unreliable. This is a bad character indicator and reflects poorly on how the business is run. read more

We are terribly saddened to have to update our original 5 star review. The initial work and communication was outstanding but since we had it done in November, Fernando said he would come back to complete the polymeric sand and some finish work around the edging when the weather warmed to avoid hazing. We discussed calling in March to set up a time in April to May. We called in March, he said he'd stop by to discuss finishing our project and never showed. We proceeded to try to call and text for months. There was no response. We finally just asked him to tell us if he was too busy to complete the work and he still didn't respond. Turning on our sprinklers in the spring we discovered they had paved over many of them, so we were unable to turn our system on and had to hand water. A number of areas of pavers along the edge began sagging and separating. Finally after months of waiting to hear back we ended up having to hire two separate companies to repair both our sprinklers and pavers. Not what you want to do when you've just installed a brand new patio. We truly felt we had established a good relationship and were so excited to have them do more work in the future, but no longer trust them to follow through. What a terrible disappointment when they seemed so eager to work hard and do quality work. Unfortunately they cut corners, broke promises to return and finish the initial job, and ended up costing us more in the long run. read more

F&C did a fantastic job. They sat down with us, asked us what we wanted and came back with a great design. Both Fernando, Luis, Alan and Fernando Jr also came up with great ideas to make the design pop. The photos with the graphite colored borders is our backyard. Fernando Jr suggested it. They also made suggestions to keep the project on budget that had little effect on how good the landscaping worked. All of their workers cared about what they were doing. My neighbor had F&C trim my bushes/trees back to the property line. F&C had no idea what they were doing and trimmed 21 branches back way beyond the property line and ripped the bark off two bigger branches with their chain saws. I called the police the day they cut everything. Police told me I had to go after the landscaper. Francisco, the owner, came to look at it and offered almost nothing after clearly destroying the limbs. He really couldn't have cared less. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to get a lawyer and the Better Business Bureau. Do Not Use them. read more

These guys blocked my driveway and woke up me and my family at 7:00 AM on a Saturday. I went out to ask them to move and while one guy was apologizing the other gave me pure attitude saying he has a right to work. I explained that I have a medical condition and if I needed to go to the hospital I would be delayed at getting proper medical care. The only thing this guy was concerned about was his right to work, not that he could have started at a reasonable time. I told him I would never hire him simply because of his attitude. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? Or good customer service? What ever happened to being respectful of others? Why can't you start work after 9 AM on a Saturday when others are sleeping? read more
