I've taken a lot of Spin classes in the past and have been wanting to get back into it. Hunter (the owner) was my instructor and she led a fun and challenging class! All the equipment is brand new, and there are 4 and 6 lb. weight bars stored on the sides of the bike used for arm exercises during part of the class. The class is 45 minutes long and free towels are provided. They also lend you cycling shoes for your first class, although Hunter says most cycling shoes will attach to the pedals. I will likely buy a package of classes to supplement my current. training regimen of Orangetheory Fitness, running and yoga. Super glad to have this studio in my neighborhood!

I was sufficiently impressed to then move on to personal training with Karen, which is a blast. She knows her stuff for sure. She takes the time to plan the sessions in advance and keeps them focused on goals and respectful of any health issue or limitation. We have a lot of fun and the workout is great. I love every class and look forward to the next! My husband actually told me about the class, Stacey, was his classmate in high school!
