CrossFit sounds really intimidating for somebody who hasn't been physically active in a long time, but I received all the information I need to succeed. April was our instructor and we had a small class of 4 people. Classes are held in the pool. I was a little scared of falling in the water and everyone did at one point but we mostly stayed on the boards doing the various yoga poses. The class was about 50 minutes long and very well worth the cost of 45.00. We were able to tighten the tether to keep the boards from shifting so much during class. They offer other dates and times and also Pilates.

I had tried a different F45 location, but I didn't feel the community feel that there is at Morton Ranch. The coaches and members are great. The coaches will help modify anything (I'm not interested in jumping on boxes or hanging from a bar to do pull ups). And that is OK!! No one judges or cares! It really is a positive uplifting community. It is truly an inclusive gym and it's a beautiful thing to see! I'm grateful to have found a new gym home!

Of course there are some people who don't follow the rules and wipe down the equipment after use but some people are gross no matter what. I go super early because I dislike crowded gyms. The owners are very genuine and appreciate you as a person not just a membership fee. It really feels like they WANT you there and in this day and age, a sense of belonging is hard to find. I've not lost the amount of weight I want but it's obvious I've been going on a regular basis! There is really such a thing as people who feel comfort in this type of heat and I'm thay girl. The stretches definitely set me into euphoria. With everyday adulting and the stress of corporate America, this hot yoga class really hit the spot. The staff was nice enough and friendly. Everyone is pretty to themselves and just had a great time of releasing that tension. The price is faor for hot yoga. Super expensive in general, but faor for the area. Recommemded for a solid hot yoga class.

I also liked the variety of classes from the slow flow to the hot yoga. They keep the temps on the warmer side which I feel helped warm up my body for better stretching. The instructors are very nice. The studio is very clean and the staff is very nice. They have clean bathrooms and a water refill station which is awesome. They also provide lockers at no cost and plenty of cubbies. The class room is the perfect size with not too big and not too small class size. There's plenty of space to move when doing the poses.
