I currently attend two different Reformer studios, (3 if you count the YMCA mat Pilates) because at the time of enrollment I had to get my weekends somewhere else I attend two different studios. PREMIER IS BY FAR THE BEST! I am a newbie to the Reformer and not the most coordinated of people. What I am learning about my muscles and the importance of each form I preform is remarkable. I hear Rosa's (the instructor) words in my head through out my day about posture, intentional breathing, why I shouldn't lock my knees etc... . While most instructors are droning on about their weekend plans (as you do your movements) or worse doing the workout themselves oblivious of the members who are struggling to get the form correct so as to get the best workout for their body Rosa is explaining what muscle you should be feeling it in and offering one-on-one instructions if you don't. I have been a client at Premier Pilates for about a year and I am so pleased with the variety of services offered by their team. The classes are challenging and unique - I don't think I've ever been to a class that feels the same as one I've done before. I'm in better shape than I've been in years! Recently, I saw that Rosa was offering Lipo-Light treatments and I was eager to see if it would really work. I tried 3 sessions and the results were far better than I expected! I lost a total of 31/2 inches from my waist and thighs and am able to wear clothes that I've not touched in forever! It really gave me the extra advantage I needed. Plus, my problem areas seem to be much firmer and the cellulite that was there just 2 weeks ago is hardly visible at all! These treatments really work! I can't wait to wear a bikini this summer. Due to The presence of the coronavirus in our lives, I discontinued my membership at Lifetime. Its obvious policing new cleanliness standards was futile at LT due to the size of the club. Upon walking into Premier Pilates, Mark is quick to acknowledge your presence. As you spend more time with Mark and Rosa, you realize they are living their passion. Not only are they capable of helping but they are willing as well. Their kindness is coupled with Rosas tremendous knowledge. Following her Pilates instruction has been extremely helpful. At Premier Pilates, EVERYONE takes the necessary time to clean their work area before and after workouts. Rosa provides wipes and is adamant about caring for all her clients. Simple word, "conartists". I purchased a few months package of classes, like any other pilates location. The owner "Rosa" explained the price wouldnt change as long as I didnt laps. Near the end of my initial member pack, they asked for a few hundred dollars more. I told them I wasnt paying more, when I wasnt satisfied with service to begin with. They then told me they are running a special at half price. Wait a second! How could you ask me for an increased price then I say no, just to recieve a lower price ? When I signed up Rosa claimed she had 15 years of experience. Then each time I went some new person that had no idea how to instruct was always there. Many people in the class say its normal..and the price is always different. SCAM!!! read more

Love Love Premier Pilates! The instructors are awesome! They are very careful to watch and make sure you are moving in a way to get the most benefit and to prevent injury. They will make modifications for anyone who needs it. And within a class you are given options for advanced movement. I've noticed a huge improvement in the definition of my arms, stomach and a lift in my glutes. I feel like the workouts have contributed to my overall feeling of wellness. There is always something new and challenging to look forward to in class! The classes incorporate different equipment, tower, reformer, chair, TRX, floor work, etc. It's nice that the classes are small and can be pre-scheduled online so you are guaranteed a spot. read more

I've been going to Premier Pilates for about 8 months and I'm very satisfied. I was skeptical on the beginning, because I had a back surgery and I thought a group class wouldn't be the best for me, but the result proved me I was wrong. The instructors are very knowledgeable and they taylor the exercises to each client, according to his or her limitations. I had to deal with daily back pain before, and it was gone about two months after going to Premier Pilates. After having surgery, I spent lots of money with physical therapy, chiropractic and acupuncture. I tried weight training to strength the back muscles, swimming, water aerobics, mat pilates classes... I LOVE Premier Pilates!!! It combines stretching and core work in a perfect balance. Varied routines and rotating instructors keep it interesting and add en element of excitement because I never know exactly which exercises we will do, but I can always expect a total body workout that is both challenging and relaxing. The instructors are very knowledgeable and easily accommodate a wide range of participants in the same class by clearly explaining small adjustments to increase or decrease the difficulty level. They are also quick to offer alternative exercises to individuals with common physical limitations like knee or shoulder injuries. I recommend this studio to all of my massage clients. read more

I've been going to Premier Pilates for 6 months. From my first class i was Hooked after my 2nd visit my flexibilty had already improved. i am a huge fan now of Pilates..It works. I am 53 and was feeling stiff and moving slower now i feel 20 years younger . I've never been an excerciser, but had not found any one type of excercise that I liked. I found it with Pilates. Over the years I have worked out in a traditional manner. As a result, my muscles had gotten extremely tight. My massage therapist told me to incorporate Pilates to loosen my muscles and increase my flexibility. I have to say, Pilates is the absolutely best workout I have had. I have been taking classes at Premier Pilates for almost a year now and increased my flexibility and core strength by attending class regularly. I have enjoyed the challenge and the focus on body awareness. Rosa McGill is very knowledgeable about muscle movement and is creative in exercise development. I joined Premier Pilates over 3 years ago and it is the ONLY type of exercise that I stick with. I absolutely love it!! I read Jen's review above and she is right. It works your core along with many other muscle groups and combines nice stretching for flexibility. There are so many movements/routines you can do that it is never the same so you don't get bored with it. I did take a 6 month break and joined a gym for cardio.....didn't cut it. My daughter and I signed up approx. a month ago and it has been horrible. I have been double charged for service and they refuse to provide refund even though they claim it was an accident. Also, my 16 year old daughter heard from others in the class that the owners do drugs regularly. I honestly do not listen to gossip but being a rehab counselor, I have noticed obvious indicators of habitual usage. We are not going back to the location and will consider the duplication of charges a loss. read more

I am not new to yoga, pilates, or many several types of workouts. I am new to this type of machine-type of pilates and I underestimated how this would work on my body and I loved it. I also was impressed not only with the instructor but the management. The studio is clean and impressive.
