Jack gave me some plans and I clearly said I was on a college budget. He kept pushing me into a 300 dollar per month plan. I hesitated but with his manipulative sales talk I agreed only after confirming I could cancel before the first session if needed. Three days before my first session I called to lower my plan to 150 dollars per month (for 4 consecutive months, and 4 more after, in shorts, long term loyal plan) but never got a response from Jack. On training day Coach Nick kindly tried to help me but Jack sitting right behind me refused to even talk or resolve the issue leaving Nick in an awkward position. I was ready to just pay out 150 dollars for Nick and cancel because of Jack's disgusting attitude. Thankfully Coach Nick stayed calm and solved everything by involving another manager and the boss. Jack should not be in management.

I love it since it's not crowded at all and you don't have to wait on equipment. Speaking of wide array, they have that in equipment as well, and they offer free training with the membership which helps a lot for fitness goals or for newbies who need a little help learning the equipment.
