The building is always clean and smells great despite being a gym where everyone is sweating. We've had some financial hiccups (covid2020) and they were happy to pause our account without charging!! We are moving and thus leaving the gym as it'll be way too far and they simply cancelled the account with no fees no bargaining of any kind. Low pressure, clean environment and all around great gym! This is comfortable for me because I am not surrounded by people on both sides. HOWEVER, that particular treadmill has been partially broken now for almost 2 YEARS!! What's so ironic is a few weeks ago they closed down for a little over 24 hours to put in new equipment- I was so excited! I thought finally they'll fix the darn thing. Came in the day they reopened and I saw all this new, updated equipment; went over to my favorite treadmill and there it was- still broken. I went to the front desk and asked why it wasn't fixed. I was told "they're not finished with the upgrades". I believe that to be a lie just to placate the customer because there's really nothing else there that needs fixing or upgrading as far as I can see. Come on, really?????? I was so glad the gym didn't close down & allowed its members to come back (w/ some restrictions). I think back to the ladies that joined me during that time - so many of us needed the gym to feel normal when the world was out of control. Perhaps that is why I stayed as long as I have... I was never much of a gym rat and I wasn't so sure about this place at first - is it going to be just another gym? But it slowly grew on me and became my daily norm. Not going to lie, I LOATHE working out! I tell many people the same! That said, I DO enjoy the small group setting, the 30 minutes HIIT workouts & all of the women that I have had the pleasure of crossing paths with over the years. I didn't meet my best friend/soulmate or anything like that...but I did find a group of women similar to myself...looking for an opportunity improve health, stay active & fit and enjoy a few laughs & snorts along the way! Turned out I wasn't able to do it online so I gave them a call and they were amazing! They booked me right away. Great customer service. The facility is really nice and comfortable. Upon waking in it was spacious and they greeted me. After checking in, they let you borrow shoes for free. There are lockers with keys to put your personal belongings. Bring your own bottle and you can fill it up using the purified water station. My instructor was DByrd he was really energetic and taught a great class. I loved how it was a mix of high intensity cardio and then choreo and then weights. There are towels at every bike. The bike was newer and really comfortable. The shower was clean and they provide towels for you to use with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, lotion. First timers ride for free for their 1st ride and then get $40 off any unlimited ride or 10 ride package after completing their first ride. Great experience. Love FP!

They have an area for you to put your belongings and locked with a key. They have many options for different instructors and class times. I just wish everyday they had a 6:45pm class since I work till 5-6pm daily. For my first visit the people who checked me in, helped me fix my bike and showed me how to click in my shoes to the bike. The only thing i would've hoped to get was a more personable "meeting" with the instructor. The classes are so small it's not hard to do. Plus when the class was over we were told for the new people to come to the front. I was thinking we would have a conversation about how we liked the class, what we didn't like, what we were looking for.., but nothing she just handed us a coupon and said thank you. But overall I enjoyed the place and still going back and trying out different instructors classes.
