In that area, they have machines that I've never saw in other PF locations such as the ab coaster. I love how all of the ab machines are in the same area and you have to go hunt for it on the floor. Also, they have 4 hip adductor/abductor machines. I love that they have multiple so you aren't waiting. There is a huge area to use free weights and kettlebells with several mats. The staff in the front is great! They are friendly and don't speak very much to you. I had one full encounter with one front desk chick. She questioned me about getting a picture, but immediately didn't continue to approach me since she knew that I got my membership out of state. I want very minimal face to face interaction with anyone while I am exercising so that I can be locked in. Now, some of the treadmills are busted. There are two on the floor that has holes under the belts. There is one where the front plate (where you put your phone) is completely missing. There is one treadmill that is so broken that it immediately stopped on me while I incline walking at 4.5 mph. That was dangerous. I told the front desk staff and he assessed it. I have issues with some of the treadmills, but not all of them are like that, just a few. The rest of the machines are good. The gym is clean and there are several clearly marked TV channels below the TVs. I've been in the mornings and it usually packed with older adults. In the evenings after 5:00 PM, it is packed with young adults/teenagers. The teenagers can be very loud and rowdy. When I come at early mornings, there is still people there. I enjoy coming to this location. Parking lot is huge too.

Turned out I wasn't able to do it online so I gave them a call and they were amazing! They booked me right away. Great customer service. The facility is really nice and comfortable. Upon waking in it was spacious and they greeted me. After checking in, they let you borrow shoes for free. There are lockers with keys to put your personal belongings. Bring your own bottle and you can fill it up using the purified water station. My instructor was DByrd he was really energetic and taught a great class. I loved how it was a mix of high intensity cardio and then choreo and then weights. There are towels at every bike. The bike was newer and really comfortable. The shower was clean and they provide towels for you to use with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, deodorant, lotion. First timers ride for free for their 1st ride and then get $40 off any unlimited ride or 10 ride package after completing their first ride. Great experience. Love FP!

The only thing i would've hoped to get was a more personable "meeting" with the instructor. The classes are so small it's not hard to do. Plus when the class was over we were told for the new people to come to the front. I was thinking we would have a conversation about how we liked the class, what we didn't like, what we were looking for.., but nothing she just handed us a coupon and said thank you.
