We were pleasantly surprised by this place here in Dodge City, land-lock that it is. The food was delicious and portions generous. The restaurant is very clean and so was the bathroom. Being from Hawaii I am a bit of a snob about Asian food, especially here in the flat lands of Kansas. I had the General Tso Chicken with a side order of vegetables in teriyaki sauce that they made and did not come from a bottle (I asked). I would definitely come back.

They have a large variety of sushi rolls that are hand made. I tried the KU Roll (as a University of Kansas fan I felt obligated) it was deep fried with salmon and cream cheese (pictured) and it was amazing. Our son ordered sweet and sour chicken, my wife had broccoli beef and I had the general tso's chicken as well as the KU Roll. The General Tso's was all of our favorite, the broccoli beef was too salty and the sweet and sour chicken came out a little cold. The fried rice was absolutely amazing and the crab rangoons were alright. Definitely looking forward to going and trying more of their sushi rolls.

What a great Dodge City restaurant! We went in for the sushi (which was amazing) but the Chinese food was literally the best I have had. The sushi roll I ordered was the Batman roll...crazy delicious. It was rolled tight and the spicy tuna was perfect. We also ordered the General Tso's chicken and Mongolian beef. My husband said the General Tso's was the best he has ever eaten. We added shrimp to the Mongolian beef bc I usually don't like red meat but I ended up eating all the beef out of the dish! It was so tendered and perfectly cooked! The sauces on all the dishes were really good. If we lived in Dodge City we would definitely be regulars!

Who knew Dodge City would hold one of my favorite sushi bars. The rolls here are phenomenal, fresh tasting, and just down right amazing. High five to the sushi chef for making such masterpieces. I will definitely visit every time I am in Dodge City. Fast service and my to go order was packed well so things stayed put. Seating is adequate maybe a dozen tables. Very clean. read more

Very fast. Lots of food. Great price. We had sesame chicken with white rice and the fried dumplings appetizer. The rice was good but I like mine a little stickier(is that a word?). The sesame chicken has a good taste; however the breading was a little thick and the sauce a little sweet. The bento boxes sound interesting. Definitely going back for more. read more

Ordering online is a breeze, and the orders are ready quickly. My faves are the crab Rangoon (just the right amount of filling), egg rolls (so crispy!) and the General Tso's Chicken. The spice is just right! The serving size of the entree is large, so I always have leftovers for the next day. The staff is also very friendly, making it a great place to eat in Dodge City. read more

I love this place. Tried it on a whim since I was new to town. The food is SO GOOD and the prices are unbeatable. Their fried rice is amazing! It's actually some of the best I've had and I've eaten at so many Asian restaurants from Dodge City to Kansas City. Sushi rolls are good and affordable and I especially love the little crispy crab Rangoons. Add a drive thru and this place is just amazing... drive thru Asian food.. I have not seen it anywhere else yet! Definitely stop in and try some! read more

Stopped by as we were passing through Dodge City on the way home to Emporia. If we lived anywhere close we would come again. Ordered the General Tso's and Mongolian Beef along with a Tornado Roll. All was great! Clean bathroom and dining area. Service was very nice. read more

Fantastic Sushi! I have had Sushi many different places. This ranks right up there. Quick service. Great taste at a good price. Dumplings were good too. Under $20 for Dumplings, Dragon Roll and drink. You can't beat that! Try it you'll like it. You leave satisfied. read more

EZ's Asian Kitchen great food in a convenient location on the north side of Dodge City. We got a carry out order taking it back to our hotel room sharing everything. 1. crispy fried calamari which was hot, crispy and delicious. 2. Sesame chicken with steamed rice. 3. Mongolian beef also with steamed rice. Both main courses were very hot and delicious. Fresh rice in both and veggies with the Mongolian beef. Very easy ordering from our car with quick delivery to our car. It truly was EZ !!! read more

Walking in is underwhelming- a barely renovated old Wendy's, I think. Service was friendly and appropriate. Veggie stir fry and spicy chicken came out quickly while the sushi took longer -as it should when freshly prepared to order. Ample amount of veggies in the stir fry with a light sauce and flavor was delicate, not overwhelming. The spicy chicken warmed the mouth but could have used a lot more heat to live up to the name. The sushi...was quite tasty with very fresh tuna and salmon. Was so glad I ordered two rolls because the portion size was smaller than I am accustomed to and I ate every piece of both the Spicy Girl roll and the Santa Fe roll. EZ's Asian Kitchen is a family owned and operated restaurant named after Chef Bevan Dai and his wife Stacy Zhi's first-born son, Eason Z. Dai. Chef Bevan, who has been cooking in America for more than 10 years, is fortunate to have the support of his wife Stacy, who graduated from Kansas Wesleyan with a degree in business and runs the front of the house, and his parents, who assist him in the kitchen. Chef Bevan learned how to make delicious Chinese food as he grew up in China watching his parents cook for the family. He has also learned the fine art of Japanese cuisine through years of working in Japanese restaurants in America. When Bevan and Stacy were ready to start their restaurant, they went to several towns in Kansas and Nebraska, but it was Dodge City that felt like a great place to raise their son and begin to build their dream of a family owned and operated restaurant.

I feel lucky that our little piece of Kansas has a great sushi restaurant nearby! Definitely a place to go!
