I pawned something there and was told I had a few days grace period I went to pay on it and they sold it, I also put something on lay away and they sold that too I don't recommend this place to anyone they suck and they don't communicate with each other but the kid was talking to someone but nobody knows who horrible place read more

they constantly lose things and sell things if you put them in lay a way. it happened to me twice.

I was a customer of this pawnshop for probably at least 20 years but no longer most their new staff are very rude and the store is always quite dirty and anybody that is a long time customer like myself probably knows where all the good staff went. My review is based on purchasing not pawning read more

The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit.
