My experience,as always, was OUTSTANDING at Golden Rule Pawn! Yesterday I went to Golden Rule Pawn…read morelooking for a connecting cord for my 3 year old lap top. Of course the big box store I originally bought it at was no help at all to me, {and rather rude to me}! Then I thought maybe Golden Rule Pawn would have the special kind of chord I would need! I was right not only did that have what I needed but there was NO charge! Josh & Cordell were super, as always! Brandon can be very proud of them and is quite Fortunate to have them as employees! I have bought many fine things at Golden Rule Pawn {in the past} all the stuff was {like} brand new, but very affordable! The quality of the stuff was like Neiman Marcus but the price was more like Walmart-{even better}! And as I said the staff is always outstanding! And a big "tip of the hat" goes out to Josh & Cordell! Thanks guys for your great service and saving me from having to buy a new laptop!

We ended up holding the ring overnight (thanks Kevin!) and bought it the next day. Money is tight so they were generous and gave us a great deal on the ring. Best pawn shop I have ever seen. I was googling this company's phone number and saw a one star review so had to check it out…read more.. Wow. I'm sorry that happened to Roger. I've had nothing but good experiences at America's Pawn (AP). Have done business with them for years ~ even at the old location. AND I also did business with Circle D. In fact, the owner of AP loaned me $$ on my daughter's clarinet (she is grown and no longer plays) when Circle D would not. I wonder, Roger, if the staff knew you were seriously considering purchase and not just someone "playing" on the equipment. AP has worked with me when my payment would be late, given me discounts and i've purchased many items from them over the years. I'll be going back!!

Instead they read my offer and remove the item with no reply at all. Maybe I'm over the top on this but customer service sucks anywhere now and this is just one of those places. They are prob so used to taking advantage of less fortunate people giving them a fraction of what products are worth. They blocked me on Facebook lol for the message on the attached photo. Lol. So just like that I won't support your business and will pass it along. If they don't have respect for customers they need to give it up.

5/5 - Always a Great Experience at Brockhaus in Norman…read more Every time I've visited Brockhaus, the owner and the sales team have been extremely courteous, kind, and genuinely informative. The customer service is consistently top-notch. I picked up a Tudor FXD from them brand new, and the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. I also sold them a vintage Rolex, and they were very fair with their offer. I combined that with some of my own money to purchase the Tudor, and I couldn't be happier with how everything worked out. The store itself is clean and welcoming. On hot days they even offer cold water, which is a small touch but says a lot about how they treat their customers. Their selection of pre-owned watches is excellent--plenty of great pieces to look through. I haven't spent much time on the jewelry side, but the watch selection alone is worth the visit. Overall, Brockhaus is a solid place to buy or sell watches, and I've always left feeling well taken care of. Highly recommended.
