Ok so this pawn shop used to be great. But the staff here has completely flipped. And let me tell you something, they are absolutely HORRIBLE!!! The worst ever! Garbage. Incompetent. Rude. Unprofessional. But most of all...LAZY. I mean, you can just see the pain they go through when they are absolutely forced into doing something. I don't know any names but there is a pretty African American female supervisor who does a great job at everything. She's the exception of this band of trash employees here. She does her job but she's rarely here. The two main problems are the young healthy sized Hispanic chick who will have you wait on her for 15 minutes as she stares at a computer screen and finally hits one key. And the winner of the absolute worst employee here ever is the tall African American dude with the nose piercings and skinny jeans. He has no shame as he answers personal phone calls throughout your experience which should have taken 5 minutes but ends up taking 30 min. He will try to turn down everything or lowball stuff they have to take like a PS 5. He just doesn't want to have to do anything. He will just stand there doing his thing being weird and taking up all your time like you ain't got nothing better to do. Really sad to be honest with you. He's like this everytime. And just rude. Won't even hook up a ps5 to test it out which should be his job. Not mine. They want to test it, they need to hook it up. Bro. Just quit. Be homeless and you can just drift around town scowling at your cell phone all day. Move around to let someone else get your job. read more
