The meals were great and healthy, and every bite was eaten - even our one year old enjoyed the food. The breakfasts were great for our kiddo, and we were able to use approximately half at a time with him. We had previously used Mindful Meals as a couple in 2017/2018 for a few months and also found it to be great - with two hectic jobs, it was a good option a friend recommended, and ensured we would get a healthy meal rather than ordering delivery. We also used MM when we brought our son home from the hospital (a great gift!) and recommended it when a friend had major surgery. Things we love: being able to pick and choose our meals, the customer service, and the fact that the coolers/cooling packs are reusable and collected by the team each week.
