This food truck graced my job with its presence the other day. Taco Tuesday couldn't have been any better. I opted for the street tacos. I was only given the option of two different chicken flavors (I was sad they didn't offer any beef options). The first choice was sort of a mango salsa marinated one (I think?) which was nice and fresh tasting and the other was more of a stronger flavored marinade. Maybe some sort of chipotle seasoning. Don't quote me on that but regardless, I got one of each. Both flavors were delicious! They were also decent sized tacos and for $5... you really can't be that. Typically, I think food truck prices are way too high for the portions they give. In this case, I thought their prices were outstanding for the quality of food they put forth. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that Guacamoli shares the same space as CREDO! I'm a huge breakfast person and the bowl was delicious. The egg had a perfect runny yolk and the sweet potatoes were seasoned beautifully. I'm already planning a trip back on my next day off. Let me start by saying YUMMY! I had the guacalomi fries with Barbacoa, sour cream and cheese. It was so yummy and packed with flavor. I don't tend to eat spicy food so I asked them if the food was spicy and they told me that could make it with out the spice. They were friendly and very social. It was a pleasure waiting for the food that didnt take much time to make might I add. I saw they offer a rewards card as well after 9 orders you get a free one. I hope they come back. read more

This place wasn't necessarily bad but it just wasn't very good. I ordered the tacos, both beef and my husband ordered the chicken burrito bowl. Both meats were very lacking of seasoning. The beef had a very strong meaty flavor which unfortunately I'm not a fan of. I thought it would be slow cooked, seasoned, and shredded beef but it was just bland. I also removed a good amount of fat from the beef which I wish was removed prior by the chef. The chicken though... the chicken was just nasty. It was dry and had absolutely no seasoning. I think the chicken may have been sitting in the freezer for a while. I was hoping that the flavors of the guacamole would come through but everything was just bland. A little bit of salt and lime would of gone a long way. That doesn't really matter considering there was hardly much guacamole on either of our plates. I don't mean to take a jab at a growing business which is why I didn't want my rating to be too low. They were very nice and helpful and I wish them all the best. Is it a restaurant? Is it a food truck? It's mostly tortilla, not much flavor in the protein, and they say they're open when they are not. I called trying to find out if they were open for lunch, they were not even though their hours say otherwise. Stopped by on another occasion on my way home from work for lunch and stood next to the food truck outside for 10min before seeing a person come out of it who didn't acknowledge me until I asked him repeatedly if they were open to which he replied "no" while he was prepping food. Long story short, they're rude, don't seem to adhere to any sort of schedule, and the food isn't great... wish I could give them less than a star. read more

The two tiny taco treats are well-prepared and plenty flavorful . . . I would give this place zero stars if possible. Hired them for two separate catering events. (Shame on me for giving them another chance at my second event). The first event they showed up with their truck 30 minutes late and the driver informed me there was no guacamole. I mean...the name of their truck is guacamole. He said there is nothing he can do and to take it up with the business when they reopen. I didnt think this was a reasonable solution so i suggested maybe he run to Whole Foods to get some prepackaged guacamole. He did leave but left behind one single woman on the truck to serve 40 people. Apparently she was new, and was unable to serve in a timely fashion as my guests were waiting up to 10 minutes for each order!! So half my party was standing outside the venue for awhile missing the activities inside. On Monday, Courtney (the only reasonable and effective communicator at that business apologizes offered a full refund and asked me to shame her company on social Media. I told her she did not have to offer me a full refund and that I didn't need to punish the company online. She insisted because she said that's not how they do business. I accepted the refund but didnot post anything (until today) Based on the way they handled the misstep of the first event- I hired them again for my second event two weeks later. What a disaster! One of my proteins (the beef) was not delivered. Driver had no idea where it was and said "take it up with them on Monday". Um....no! Please find a way to rectify it. This was 30 minutes before my guests walk in. In an effort to correct the situation I ran to chipotle to buy some beef. The owner told me he would not reimburse me for chipotle because it was expensive. I told him then he should have delivered the contracted beef. He offered to arrive with the beef 30 mins after dinner would be over. Um....no! Today i receive the most unprofessional email from the owner telling me he was offended I took the refund he offered me for the first event, and referenced some random God of Isaac and Abraham and religious talk. What does that have to do with your lack of service. You over promise and under deliver. I did get frustrated with the owner and told him just to deliver my damn beef. Excuse me for getting frustrated. Apparently the owner knew all along the beef was not going to be delivered and never bothered to reach out before to work out a solution. He also told me he knew there would be no guacamole at my first party! Again. How about communicate and problem solve! If you have read this to this point- kudos! Stay away from this caterer unless you want aggravation and unprofessionalism and missing food! read more

I hired the Guacamoli Food Truck for a 55 person catered birthday party. Courtney was so easy to work with during the planning process and out of all of the companies I reached out to, Guacamoli will the quickest to reply and had the best pricing for all that they offered. I had never tried their food, so I knew I was taking a gamble, but it totally paid off! Will and Hercules were on-site, they arrived on time and were super friendly to me and my guests. I thought that having a taco truck at my mother's surprise 85th birthday fiesta, would be a great addition to the celebration. I am so glad that I did! I had many questions when planning this party and Courtney was always available and quick to respond to all emails sent. Great customer service from the beginning. When the truck pulled up next to our backyard, all one could hear was the excitement from the guests and most importantly, from my Mom. The food was excellent! The staff working the truck were happy to share their recommendations and helpful to those that had food allergies. It was all you care to eat and everyone did! Absolutely delicious. About a month ago I ran across the Guacamoli at a CVS, I love Mexican food so I thought I'd give them a try. BEST decision I ever made!! I had their rice bowl, which comes with your choice of protein, I chose the chicken. To say it was delicious is an understatement. They are definitely not stingy with the portions. The wait time was short and enjoyable, the employees were friendly and efficient. As I was chit chatting with the cashier he informed me that they also do catering. I felt like I hit the jack pot, in about a month I am throwing a party for my boyfriend and I know now who will cater my party. read more
