It took a month of my continuous follow-ups before I was offered a replacement unit be shipped, no longer in the colour that was originally ordered as a gift. As compensation, they sent a cheap grinder (which was already offered as part of the original purchase) that is unusable and smell proof bags that were also already offered as part of the original order, so in reality, no compensation was received. I don't think I will be purchasing from them again and will not be recommending them to my friends.
