In the area on business and thought it was time for a new kit. Called ahead to see about the selection and drove over. Greeted by Maddy who was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. Although I've vaped for 3yrs I'm still a rookie and have been using fairly old equipment. Maddy was very helpful, patient and answered all my questions and offered good advice. Bought a new kit. Store was easy to find, very clean and it looked as though they had a great selection of equipment and juices. I would recommend without hesitation! read more

Excellent customer service. They don't try to get you to buy things you don't need. Fixed my old vape for free! Then I asked about a better Mod and bought their suggestion. Very happy with it. All in all the best experience of any store I've been to in Chilliwack! read more

First shop I went to in BC. The young lady running the store was knowledgeable about her products and the ones we brought in too. From what i was told ez vape is a franchise in the greater Vancouver area. So if you've had a bad experience elsewhere at a different location don't be afraid to stop here. Great selection of products nice selection of juices. Not as many as id have liked to of seen but still pretty nice. If your in Chilliwack/Sardis check them out! read more

Established in 2014.

In September 2014 Steve Shields and Chris Spillette offered me Robert Serena the opertunity to start an EZvape frsnchise. They have been great to work with. Always asking about how the customer service is coming along and giving me the tools I need to make this store a place people enjoy coming back to. Along with great warranty on most product it's just an overall pleasure to give to the customer the same kind of service I'm given from Steve and Chris.

Well what can I say about EZ - Vape Chilliwack... Nothing but excellence all the way around, the style of the shop the layout is great, there selection of e-juice and electronic vaporizers is very vast and what I love is that they make there own e-juice so I know where it's coming from and its local. Ever since I starting coming to Ez- Vape just over a year ago I've never ever went to another Vape store not because of the price or selection but because of the people! The staff are quite simple amazing!! They are warm and welcoming and offer a happy, fun & positive environment. They are very knowledgeable about the products they sell and can always help out there customers with any questions and queries they have, from the experience vaper helping them pick the right coil for there box mod to giving them Tips about spinning there own coils to the inexperienced new to Vaping vaper who needs help picking out a starting out pack to help them quit smoking. One of the Best shop in the Fraser Valley hands down, great staff that's very energetic, friendly and knowledge about the Product, the vape community and coil building. This shop was an easy trip to getting into some new products, the girl working was very informative and knew what products were better suited for me and helped me pick out a new setup. Tons of juice options, a lot of rda and box options to choose from. All in all this shop is worth 5 stars all day. read more

Easy to find and a good selection of products. The staff was knowledgeable and of great help to an early DIY like me. Besides a good selection of hardware, juice and mods they also had cotton, wire and the basics for remaking coils. read more
