I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 which is waterproof and also a pain to find a decently priced place to fix it at. This place was PERFECT. I must have called at least 30 places all throughout orange county trying to find someone to just fix the glass not the LCD and the digitizer and they are by far the cheapest place. Yoooo on the real place not worth it took my iPhone for a new battery worked for a little left my phone open on a app in my pocket the new battery heated up so know it shut down if u use it and it's twenty percent so I took it back to change the battery cause I just payed $50 dollars for one but said it wasn't the battery so I took it back but know its even worse I think they set me up !!!! Cause it was working better then it was the second time I took it back know it drains the battery by the second I swear it would last me four hour the first time I took it but now it only last 25 min befor I left they told me if it dose it again it be $65 buck more but... I'm pretty sure he gave me a a very damage batter just so I can go back to pay the $65... I have a ZTE Avid phone from Metro PCS, which I dropped, cracking the glass touch screen. After calling around to try to find a place to have it repaired, I ended up ordering a new screen on Ebay, and once it came in, I called here first because I live close by. I was assured they would be able to fix it in about an hour and a half, and the price they quoted was reasonable. I came and picked up the phone, and the tech who installed the new screen for me was even nice enough to apply the new screen protector and rubberized phone protector I had bought to prevent a similar future mishap! Do not pay your SoCal Gas bill here with CASH, ever! I went in to make a payment of $13.71. No big deal, however, SoCal never received the payment. I had the date and approx, time of the transaction. I called the store, was told they would look into it and give me a call back. Of course no call back. Next day went in and I was told without a receipt there is nothing they could do. Hard to believe in this electronic age! Wouldn't there be a daily receipt log as money coming in or security camera? As I said it isn't about the money, it is about customer service . Very good and friendly service! My new LG G2's screen had cracked in the top corner, which caused the top part of my screen to stop responding to touch. I called ahead of time to get a price quote. It was $160 to replace both the LCD screen and digitizer, since this phone model has both glued together. I was hoping to make it cheaper by using a phone screen a friend had ordered (he was supposed to fix my phone but fell through). Sadly, he had ordered just the digitizer separate from the LCD screen. They charge only around $50-60 for the service if you supply the screen. Keep in mind that if you want them to get the screen for you it takes 1 or 2 days for the part they order to arrive. Mine took 2 days. It might have arrived in 1 day but I did not receive a phone call about it until after 2 days. He had ordered the wrong color screen, but was still able to get the correct one by the time he told me to come in. I was told on the phone that it would only take 30-45 minutes to replace the screen, but was later told I would have to come back in about 1 hr. 15 min. because that should be when it will be done. I called after the time was up to make sure it was actually done and was told to wait another 30 minutes. I was a little disappointed and asked if it was possible to have it be done a little earlier, since I had to go to work soon. Jose said it was no problem! Even though it did take a little longer than expected, I'm still giving EZ Tech 5 stars because the service was great and very professional. They also include a 90-day warranty on the new screen! read more

PLEASE READ. DO NOT GET YOUR PHONE REPAIRED HERE. I was 99% sure my charging port was bad. I spoke to the owner who said my phone would be repaired by 10AM the next day. I called at 10, sorry phone won't be fixed till 3. I call at 3, 3:10, 3:20, ect. No answer. Finally around 4 he picks up and says it's not the charging port, your motherboard is dead, you need to buy a new phone. I ended up buying a new phone that was the same model as my old phone. I got home and put the new charged battery in my old phone. Sure enough it works. I then closely examined my old phone, the back screwed in panel was never removed. He either forgot to order my part or got busy and decided that he didn't want to take the time to fix it, so he lied. His lie cost me the price of a new phone. I went back and told him what I just stated. I then added that he could fix my phone at no cost and return my $20 deposit. He then tells me that he's not going to fix it because of my attitude. I actually got a smile and said, I knew you were not going to fix it because you have no character or integrity. Look, he could have maned up, been honest, fixed my phone and it would have been forgiven. Instead, he got this awesome review. There are plenty of phone repair places around. Great place to get your cell phones and tablets fixed. The charging port on my Samsung Galaxy S3 broke and they fixed it within hours. A week later my son dropped our iPad2 and smashed the screen. I bought a screen online thinking I could do it myself by it would have taken me hours to figure it out. I took it to EZ Tech Wireless and they did an excellent job. Both jobs were really affordable and much cheaper than sending it somewhere online. The only reason I gave four starts instead of five is that for my phone they said to come back in 1 hour, which I did and it wasn't ready.
