Whenever I sat down, she also asked for my Identification number and when I tried reading it to her, she rolled her eyes and and looked disgusted and shakes her head, and said " No I AsKeD fOr YoUr ID CaRd" and then I said " I'm sorry, I didn't know, I was just trying to read it to you." That threw me off and my anxiety shot up and I set a boundary, I just closed myself off and just answered with "ok", and yes and no's because I guess she's taking everything out on me and I am just trying to get some important information done. So after it was done I told another worker to please not put me with number 36 because she was very rude and I definitely complained. Next time I'll just try to do everything online.

I have been helped by some MISERABLE/RUDE workers and I have had some AMAZING/FRIENDLY workers. My most recent trip was very pleasant but I've been helped by the same person in the past and they were super grumpy. Who knows... they could have had assh*le customers that day, which put them in a bad mood. Time of day and time of year affect the experience at the post office as well. Coming midweek in the morning during August is completely different than the week before Christmas. The building itself is kind of dumpy. There is an area along the side which sells some boxes and tape, which is underutilized and looks "blah". Overall, I don't long to come to the post office but when I do, I try to make it short and sweet.

Another branch was the only branch to have it. I've enjoyed visiting various branches and since getting my library card. This library is really nice! Spacious and clean. There's ample seating with pods, open tables, private meeting/study rooms, and a lovely balcony area with more seating. There's an elevator as well- accessible. My initial visit was during the holidays so there was lots of decor. Librarians/Library staff were friendly and helpful. When I'm in the area, I'll definitely return!

You first sign in then you are directed to the forms to fill out what you need. Then you have to get in a line to leave the form you filled out with a clerk. Then depending what you need the clerk will give you a number and here is where the waiting begins. There is 4 sets of numbers that are called so pay attention when your number is called. Once you are called it will tell you what window you need to appear to be helped. That's where you pay and they direct you to another window to pick up the document you need. The tax assessors office is small corner adjacent to the courthouse. Make sure you go in the right door, and wait in the appropriate spot, or they will get at you. Already seated in the waiting room. I walked up to the desk, provided my paperwork, and she was very happy that I had already had it filled out and was ready to go. Gave me a ticket and even though I had just walked in, I was called up to a desk within 2 minutes and was done in 5 minutes. Keep in mind I came 20 minutes early and they still saw me early and I was out before my original time had passed. Excellent service! Do as much as you can to get the things done ahead of time, and you will not have to wait, and it will be a much easier and more pleasant experience for you.

Known as Belt 8, which is funny because I have about 8 just below my belt. Maybe it's named after me. I do live in Houston after all. And so would you, if you got to date the girl I get to date. I've given a lot of good roads a 4 star rating, and I'm going to give this one the "Sam." If the tolls were cheaper, or didn't slow me down as much, or non existent, it'd be a 5 star road - easily. The Sam Houston Tollway is a great road on so many levels. It should probably have more than two lanes for when it gets backed up, but most of the time it's nice and free-flowing because it is a toll road. It's great to have a toll road skirting the whole city because it means you can get around the suburbs very quickly - way better than you ever could before it was built. It was so damn necessary. On the other hand. The tolls are a little bit steep. So poor people are not going to want to pay for this road, but people who make a lot of money can easily afford it. I don't like that very much. Still, it's very well built and it successfully got us out of Bellaire on the night when the Hurricane Harvey was coming. We should have been trapped, and we weren't. Yay Belt 8.

Certified letters not delivered : despite being paid for and tracked they suddenly stop and disappear and with no updates for months. I've NEVER had so many issues with a post office and I've lived in three different states. It shouldn't be this hard to deliver the mail and this behavior is criminal. My package tracking initially showed "delivered," then later that same day it was updated to say it was physically picked up. We never received it, so we immediately contacted customer care. At that time, we were told the package didn't have an address and would be returned to the sender. After speaking with the sender, they confirmed the address was clearly on the package. We called USPS again and were then told the package had been redelivered. Again--we never received it. We opened a case, and both the district office and the local post office manager contacted us saying they were "looking into it." When the manager followed up, she first claimed the package was delivered to our porch. When we told her it was not, she then changed her statement and said it was delivered to the mailbox--which is also incorrect. Instead of resolving the issue, we were told to file a claim because the mail carrier insists it was delivered. Meanwhile, we are still without our package and continue to get the runaround. To make matters worse, customer service later told us the case had been marked as "resolved" by the post office--even though nothing has been resolved. We had to open yet another claim with customer affairs. This entire experience has been disorganized, inconsistent, and incredibly disappointing. There seems to be no real effort to investigate or take responsibility. I would not trust this location with anything important.

The next lady that approached me was extremely rude yelling at me that I can't do this and she's going to report it. I let them know I don't the system, but if they tell me a better option I would be happy to do it. There was no reason to be that rude. Politely offering a more appropriate solution would've been sufficient. Instead this lady was aggressive with me as I was juggling two toddlers and a newborn in the Texas summer heat. The last thing I wanted to do was slow down the line, but being nasty about it when the first young lady told me it was ok feels like her anger was misplaced. Unacceptable.

They have a changing room, and also cubbies to hold your belongings. Electric machines, weights, cross fit equipment. They have personal trainers to help. Very clean facility, water on hand if you forgot your own and coffee. The gym has a spin room and a separate room for their many classes which include, body pump, yoga, Zumba, pilates, strength training, women only classes on hand and over 60 classes as well and many more. There is a monthly schedule listed online. I believe with the membership you also have access to the pool and they do have classes. The downfall is that they don't have a ton of evening classes for working folks, but there are some options. Most classes are in the morning to early afternoon. Overall I am very happy with this gym. People of all ages and all walks of life will be found here.
