He kept demanding what I needed in a condescending way, making me feel small. After I got my ticket and checked in, I was called to the window, and that same officer started yelling across the room, in front of everyone. I asked him why he was being so disrespectful, but he just escalated. After that, I tried to speak to another officer, hoping to get a supervisor, but he also refused to identify himself at first. Eventually, he gave me the last name Menendez, but again, he didn't want to offer any proper help or respect. Both officers acted with the same aggressive attitude for no reason. They have all kinds of things going on there including Court, marriages, vehicle title and registration. I was there to transfer title and register my vehicle. There were people in line inside the front of the building only to find out the real line was wrapping around the building outside. That started a big argument over which group was actually there first. There should have been someone to manage this. After waiting in the line for about 2 hours I finally got inside and was able to sit down. I thought I was going to pass out. When my number finally was called, the nicest man, James, helped me. He had a sign at his window saying he was a new employee in training. He made my experience seamless and even allowed me to make a call and have a document emailed over. He made my experience great because I got what I need accomplished. I really appreciate him for his kindness, patience, and assistance.

One thing to note, I tried 4 times to get the authorization code to be sent to my phone via text, but it would not work. I had to have it emailed instead. No worries, just letting others know the issue. I was helped almost immediately for my appointment time. The guy was very nice and helpful. I wish I would have gotten his name. Receipt notes: Clerk #5 on 9/24/2025 at 10:40 AM (my appointment was at 10:30 AM). I was there for maybe 15 minutes total. I was truly expecting at least 45 minutes. Everything was easy, fast, professional, and convenient. There is so much surrounding a passport, so it's hard to know where to go and what to do. I already has my photos done at Walgreens a week prior and I completed my paperwork prior to my post office appointment. Doing this will shorten your appointment time.
