After an hour the hot water never came on. My kids and myself had to wash by microwaving washcloths and using those to clean ourselves. The front desk assured me the hot water would be back by the end of the day. After I coached for 12 hours, and my kids wrestled all day we returned to find we still did not have hot water. I called the front desk and they told me we did. I was clear that we did not and they told us they would call someone. No one came to the room or did anything to fix it. Again, we washed with microwaved wash cloths. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel.
