Since they moved from Fifth Avenue, they have been labeling most of their bead strands (and, actually, fairly reliably) . If you are lucky, you may find the one person who does know what, exactly, that stone is. If you are working with pearls, this is probably THE place to go, although you may have rummage. (In the old days, they had racks and racks of different pearls for you to choose from. Nowadays, the pearls are often in sacks under a table, or stuffed into a shelving unit, so, if you are looking for pearls and you don't immediately see what you want, ask someone, and they might be able to answer you.) They also carry sterling findings at decent prices. I'm headed over there tomorrow! (whenever you see this!) (I give it a 5 star rating because it always has something I am looking for, even if it doesn't have everything, and, as long as you know (vis a vis semiprecious stones) what you are looking for, you can probably find it easily on your own. )

"New refrigerator failed within months- refund refused" In…read moreJuly 2025, I purchased a brand-new refrigerator from P.C Richard & Son, expecting reliable performance. The initial problem began with the freezer. In December 2025, the freezer stopped properly freezing food, resulting in food loss, and a PC Richard & Son technician was sent to inspect the unit. He advised that compressor -related parts needed to be ordered, confirming a major mechanical failure in a refrigerator that was only a few months old. Shortly after that visit , the refrigerator side also began malfunctioning. The internal temperature rose to 62 degrees, the unit began beeping, and the interior lights flickered on and off when the door was opened. I refused repair and requested a refund, as no customer should have to accept extreme repairs on a nearly new appliance. Samsung ultimately acknowledged the defect and issued a full refund, confirmimg that the refrigerator failure was legitimate. However, despite the manufacturer's resolution , PC Richard & Son flatly refused to issue a refund or take responsibility for the sale. This experience highlights a serious disconnect between the retailer and the manufacturer and demonstrates that PC Richard DOES NOT stand behind its customers even when a product failure is confirmed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend purchasing major appliances from P.C Richard & Son.

Original Review: November 2013:…read more This place is a very small booth in a shared space. Big Signs outside. Should have avoided it to begin with. After negotiating and re-confirming a new and firm price, he then offered to pay less. I am not planning on going back. Seems like these guys will run you in circles, and even tell you that you have a deal, just to keep you in the discussion and investimg more time into it. They make all kinds of chit-chat like to learn more about the history of the items which is irrelevant. I am avoiding them and not going back. If you can sell your stuff to someone you know who can appreciate it and not try to take advantage of you. And if you have gold to sell, you can send it to costco (see online) and other reputable places that will give you 90% of the value. Updated Review: October 2014 The experience of having a deal with them and then returning back to the store only to be offered notably less was a true waste of time and effort. People, your scrap gold is probably worth more than you think it is. And no, we can't "work something out and fix this the negative review." The review stands because it was a horrible experience. Next time we'd go to 47th Street and ask around go to 5-10 places for the highest price, which should be 90% of the gold value based on a fair review of the karat quality and weight of the scrap gold. Me and my husband end up trying this place due to some research we did via TikTok videos, but I definitely should've came to this website to check the reviews. We definitely wasted our money the quality of the grills that we received 1/10 my husband asked for solid gold as he puts it they gave him the fake diamond grill look when all he wanted it was a solid, gold look. When I wore my grill for maybe 20 minutes or so it became loose and I only personally did the two teeth also in the inside of the grill is flaking really bad and peeling off just very cheaply made I would not recommend to get a grill here. Yes it's on the cheaper side, but you're gonna lose out on your money 1000%.
