Nope going to be $108( Broken down is $20 administration fee, 1 months rent and a prorated amount for the remaining 4 days of the month) I kindly ask if I can pay the prorated amount and the admin fee and pay August's rent on the 1st. I proceed to explain that I am a disabled veteran and am on a fixed income to which she responds...."disabled veteran? Not my problem". Normally I would have lost it here, but I was desperate for a reasonably priced spot to park my kayak trailer. I did make a stink and inform her that I would include her comment on a review. She relented and agreed to what I proposed....but instead charged the full amount anyway. As I confronted her on that her husband comes in and tells me to stop talking to his wife that way, to which I responded, not my problem buddy. DO NOT RENT HERE THESE PEOPLE ARE DISGUSTING!

There aren't any long term contracts, just month to month. The units were always clean and I never had any issues with bugs or rodents. The grounds have a gate that can only be opened by your own personal key code. Place was super safe and the young lady always at the front counter was very helpful and nice. Nice value. Definitely recommend as long as you don't need climate controlled.

Worst U-Haul experience I have ever had and we have moved 10+ times over the most recent years. I…read morehate doing these because the owner of this location may be great but his/her employee is awful (younger male working at 7:00 AM on 9/27). I walked in to be huffed at, so I could tell it was going to be bad. I wanted to try and make the situation better so I asked his hai day was to receive an eye roll and an "I'm tired response". He then proceeded to tell me he didn't have my truck but I had the paperwork and he eventually said I'll take it. Never a check out or anything. To me, my business, my character is built on service and reputation. And because of this person's response which has led me to believe the quality of work that he would do and the level of service would not be good for anyone else. I imagine someone a little more brass than I would have told that young man to straighten up and treat others how he wants to be treated. Sorry to the owner if this is not how you operate or want your business to be operated. I understand it can be hard to find quality people to work these days. I do not recommend here.
