This was our first time ever hiring a cleaning service for normal maintenance cleaning and was promised that we would get a fully equipped cleaner with vacuum, natural cleaners and would take no longer than 90 min for 600 Sq ft. The person that arrived was hired 2 hours before our appointment, showed up with none of the proper cleaning supplies and without a vacuum cleaner. They were provided a vacuum and cleaners to use. They haphazardly cleaned our surfaces, didn't sweep the corners of various spots in the room, didn't vacuum, and didn't clean our microwave and still left dust bunnies behind AND took 2.5 hours. It was not so much our cleaners fault rather it was the irresponsible approach of EzBee to assign a brand new hire to a first time customer. Their only offer for compensation was a free hour of cleaning (wasn't about to risk having another poor experience with them) or 25% off which was a joke. I will not be recommending them to anyone. read more

Terrible service, they sent a cleaner that took 90minutes "cleaning" my bathroom. I requested for 1 bed 2 bath kitchen and living room to be cleaned and the cleaner only spent the entire time in my restroom. Restroom wasn't it terrible condition to start with just needed standard cleaning, and it didn't even look like it was cleaned at the end of the 90minutes. Cleaner was talking on her phone the entire time and admitted to us that she is a slow cleaner. Why would they hire someone that can't do the job? I told them I was dissatisfied with the service and all they did was argue with me, forced to still pay for the project that was never finished, ended up having to pay and still clean my house on my own. Steer clear of this business! Very unprofessional and scammers. Also they were an hour late from our original scheduled time. *they did offer to send someone to clean for an additional hour at no additional cost, but they proved to me the first time they cannot get that job done and I didn't want them in my house again especially after how unprofessionally it was handled. read more

We hired them for cleaning our 3-bedroom Airbnb. They sent one lady there, we told them ahead to inform us if there is any damage or bad condition at the property also request to send us before and after picture. After 5 hours cleaning, they don't inform anything until we tried to ask them about the condition. Turned out the place full of smoking and marijuana smell AND the cleaner didn't wash any of our linens. She made the bed with all the unwash linens and some yellow stains that they were supposed to clean it. We inform them our complain and they still asked us to pay in FULL. We had to find last minute cleaner to clean their mess and had to pay double the cleaning for that day. The manager named Blair said they will waived the cleaning for that day if we schedule the cleaning. We reject it and they tried to threaten us with sending small court notice. Since this is a small matter that is wasting our time, we ended up giving them a second chance and cleaning our smaller AIrbnb. They sent someone to clean our 500sqft studio guesthouse. The cleaner didn't fully clean up the place in 2 hours and asked us to pay more for the extra time she need even though our regular cleaner usually finishes it in 1.5 hours. We rejected the extra charge and asked her to leave. We weren't comfortable as the cleaner seems lack of experience. She even asked us how to put on the comfortable and put our pillow with a regular pillow case then cover it again with another sham (double case). It was the worst decision to hire this company and hope our bad experience can be useful to others read more

Valentine Day gifting myself, I contacted and hired (first time!) EzBee Cleaning of Corona. Sweet surprise that Lesley and Diana would be super efficient and very effective. I am impressed that my kitchen could sparkle!! Very happy with the results :-) read more

Im not entirely disappointed but I am bummed the really small details I was hoping could be focused on were not. E.G.: vents, baseboards, ceiling fans, picture frames/shelf ledges all still had a lot of dust, corners of bathroom floors had some lint left over after cleaning and stairs weren't vacuumed, window tracks are still dirty. Also they almost broke my dyson vacuum by not dumbing the dust bin correctly. They definitely cleaned though! The upstairs was vacuumed, beds made, downstairs mopped and tubs were clean and all other aspects were 100% complete. Ive never had a cleaning service so I will chalk up part of my disappointment to what I thought "deep cleaning" meant and what was done. They worked for 3 hours and they definitely did 3 hours of work, but the detailing I expected for the requested service and time was not complete. The two people who came to clean were WONDERFUL, this is not their fault. I think my expectations were too high. read more

I made a 2-hr appointment for 04/29/24 at 10:30amfor $140. The cleaner never showed up. Their phone number listed on the website directs me to voicemail every time. The phone number on Google and Yelp isn't a working line at all. No one responds to the email either. It's a horrible experience with a scam company. Stay away from this hoax. read more

CONSUMER BEWARE! I hired this company 2 weeks in advance to do a "move in" cleaning job. A week before my scheduled appointment I received communication via email asking if the cleaning person can arrive earlier than my scheduled 2pm appointment because the previous appointment will end earlier than expected. I replied reminder the scheduler that my appointment was the following week, not that day. They apologize and confirmed they made an error and stated they do have me scheduled for the following week. On the day of the appointment, I received an email confirming me for a 1:00pm appointment even though I made and confirmed a 2:00pm appointment. The confirmation also stated the cleaner assigned was a woman... her name given along with her photo. I replied asking if this was a typo because I scheduled a 2:00pm. I received a reply that it maybe a typo. At 12:38pm, I received a text message that they are finishing up a job very close by and if the time is flexible. I responded that my is at the residence and sure, the can go by. At 2:21pm no one showed up. I texted to inquire the whereabouts and was told, they are finishing up in 10 minutes, they thought the previous job would have been completed sooner but not. I received no more communication from anyone at EZ bee cleaning. At 4:11pm, I sent an email, no response. At 6:28pm when my husband and I were about to leave, a nice man rang our doorbell stating he's there to clean. We have no clue who this person was. We were not informed of a male coming to clean and of course, it couldn't be that someone was sent at 6:28pm for a 2pm appointment which was scheduled 2weeks in advance. Ez bee cleaners at no point called to apologize, communicate or acknowledge this travesty. This was unacceptable, unprofessional behavior. Needless to see, we did use them and would never attempt to hire them again. read more

Do NOT hire. I scheduled my time days in advance and they reached out to reschedule because their cleaners cancelled. I worked with them and changed my schedule and rescheduled for the next day. Fast forward to their arrival time: I receive a text saying they are nine minutes away. Fast forward to them being thirty minutes late....I call the service and they tell me the 15 minute arrival window (that was communicated for both bookings), is actually an hour window. Blair then proceed to say the cleaners had been working since 9am and hasn't eaten. She wanted to give them time to eat. I told her to cancel the service because it was becoming unprofessional. How have your employees NOT eaten yet? Why is this so incredibly poorly planned??? I'm currently looking for professional, respectful of everyone's time and schedule cleaning company. read more

Had hired the company initially for a full house cleaning. It didn't meet my expectation but the company did everything the could to make it right. I appreciated that and because they made it so right I've recently hired them again. You have e to be specific if your looking for industrial type cleaning let them know that. If your looking fir housekeeping g type you need to be specific in your needs. Once you're aligned, the service is great and no more surprises. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They canceled at the last minute but offered a discount and said we would be first client following Saturday. They called Friday night at 9:30 and said they couldn't make it again. Had terrible attitude when I explained this was unacceptable. Worst experience yet... read more

DO NOT BOOK THEM. I contacted Ez Bee on Monday 5/23 and booked for that upcoming Thursday. I called to confirm Wednesday and they had no record of my appt at all. So I rebooked for the same time on Thursday at 9 am. I received a confirmation text. Thursday comes and I receive a text at 9:15 am stating my cleaner should be arriving soon. I call around 9:25 am to get an update on arrival. The lady says that the cleaner had an emergency and she's trying to find another cleaner. She finds one for 2 hours later. I ask for a discount because now I'm going to be late going into work due to the inconvenience. She says the only way I can receive a discount is if I book a second time. NO THANK YOU :) I then canceled altogether. read more

This cleaning company is full of kind people. I've used the service multiple times and haven't been disappointed yet. I got my closet organized and everything washed. That deserves a applause within its self. Honestly I would have been happy with just that lol. Customer service is really nice and everything feels really professional. I trust these people with a key to my home so you better believe they have to be good!! read more

So when booking my appointment I was told that since my apartment is small 500 sqft it wouldn't take no more than 90min to clean everything. First of all, My appointment was at 9am. The cleaner didn't get to my apartment until a little after 10am. Cleaner spent 45min just cleaning the bathroom. I booked an appointment from 9am to 10:30am. It is now 10:45am and the cleaner is just now starting to clean the kitchen. The cleaner didn't even bring all the right cleaning supplies. They used all my bleach and disinfectant wipes. Now as an inconvenience, I have to go purchase more. I am completely unsatisfied with the overall customer service I've received. The cleaning lady is now rushing to get the job done and I don't like that. Customer service called me and informed me that the cleaner needs an additional hour to clean my apartment and I told them that I had expectations that it wouldn't take more than 90 minutes and I can't afford another hour. So I asked, If possible if they could send another cleaner to come clean or I would just like a full refund and they denied. Instead, the threatened to sue me and take me to small claims court and if I wanted another person to come clean I have to pay additional money. Just don't hire this company. read more

I called Ez Bee cleaners to get a quote for a move out cleaning and they picked up immediately which didn't happen with the other businesses I called. They have very good pricing and explained everything clearly of what to expect and for me to do. They kept me informed and up to date on times and arrival of the workers. The communication was great. The workers did a good job and really cleaned the house up. I recommend Ez Bee. My only issue was the workers didn't speak English and it was a little hard to communicate what I wanted to them. I had to use Google translate. They were hard working and very nice though. read more

wow! my cleaners Diana and Ingry really did a Wonderful job cleaning my disaster our apartment. They were very upfront with needing more time which I quickly obliged. The office were easy to contact before, during, and after the service With quick responses to my texts and call. Overall, i think I've found my new favorite cleaning service and can't wait to show Diana and Ingry that my place isn't always so bad on their next visit!! read more

Asked them to clean a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house with only a few days notice. They never stopped working and did a fantastic job. Truly a lifesaver and help on SO many levels... will absolutely be happy to use them again and highly recommend! read more

Wanda saved the day! I have to say it was very skeptical at first. I was considering discontinuing service and honestly speaking I know I'm hard to please. The Mrs. can vouch for that! Me and the Mrs. were out working today and weren't there to monitor the cleaning. We have two children that we have to provide for. My brother let Wanda into our home. He said he instantly could tell that she was a kind woman and no BS which is important his words. I came home honestly not expecting anything to have changed. To my pleasant surprise Wanda did an amazing job! My only regret is that I paid in advance because I would've left a way bigger tip because it made my day!!!! THANK YOU WANDA!!! read more

Ez Bee Cleaning - This was in the feed you sent me. Plus you never called me back today to put in on the books tomorrow. Your customer service is awful. - Home Cleaning Near Me

I am giving a five star rating to Rosa the cleaner. As far as Ez Bee a two star. I had never had cleaning service so didn't know what to expect. When I scheduled I was told I would have two cleaners for 3 hrs., total of 6 hours cleaning. The price quoted was $300.00. Only one cleaner showed, Rosa spoke no English after 45 mins of calling back and forth to Ez Bee for translation it was decided that Rosa would work for 6 hrs. She worked her heart out, cleaned everything we wanted cleaned. The house looked beautiful. However it was a great inconvenience because I was planning on 3 hrs. not 6, I had plans that I had to cancel. When I paid for the cleaning I was charged $358.00 not the $300.00 quoted price. When I complained I was told someone would contact me, after 3 days no one has contacted me. read more

I absolutely would not recommend this business. They were scheduled to be at my house on a weekday at 9 AM. Nobody showed so I called them to see what was going on they said "oh sorry, our people are running a few minutes late and will be there at 10:30.". 1045 still nobody showed I finally got hold of someone at 11:45 and again "oh so sorry we're not gonna be able to get there today". Then they offered to come the next day and I had to have them come at 1 o'clock. At 2:10 I reached out to them to say where are you and they once again said "oh sorry we're not gonna have anybody there today but we can have someone in a few hours and that one person can stay six hours" which would put them at my house until 10 o'clock at night. Totally unacceptable. read more

We hired EZ bee for a 2-part job (cleaning and carpet shampooing) at a fairly large, almost 4000 sq ft home. I am giving the company 5 starts, regardless of a couple of hiccups, because the end result was a well-cleaned, presentable house. The cleaning crew that did an Outstanding job was helmed by Gilma with a very strong supporter- Yohan. Both cleaning techs were exceptionally friendly and hard-working, and they were able to completely take care of the "hiccups" left by the previous (also well-meaning, but, as it turned out, not very experienced/knowledgeable cleaning techs). I am soooo grateful to Liz, who was the customer service representative and who sent out Gilma and Yohan to take care of the issues that had come up after the original cleaning, and I would like to give the highest marks to all three of them! I will absolutely be requesting Gilma and Yohan for my future cleaning needs, and, with her outstanding customer service, I am happy to say that Liz has also had a huge part in me becoming a very happy customer, who plans to be a returning customer as well:) Thank you so much, Gilma, Yohan, and Liz, for taking care of things for me, and for turning things around and taking care of everything in the friendliest and most fair and efficient way possible! read more

They worked hard and got a substantial amount of work done in the time allotted. I did have to extend the time an hour to get the basics finished but I have a large house and five small messy boys so overall I think they did a pretty good job. Cost us more to fix problems caused by Ezbee cleaning lady than the service. Soaked our carpets by the bedroom and company tried to be nice by offering a $20 discount on $120 service for them to come out and get stench out of carpet for a problem they caused. Also person broke off back of toilet seat and likely caused leak to toilet cleaning that forced us to call plumber (toilet was less than 3 years old and never had a problem until Ezbee came. This is, without question, the worst service I have ever used. I was given a quote for $178.00 to clean a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house. They charged $268.00, reasoning that they sent two technicians, not one. Nobody informed me of that. The techs were one hour late. Nobody let us know. We had to keep calling. Then the manager said that they couldn't find the building. The building is HUGE and the address is clear. When I explained that, she said that the techs were "flustered" because there was a lot of traffic. We live in Los Angeles. News flash: There is always traffic in LA. The techs did not speak English. I had my friend translate what I wanted. The spent 45 minutes on the phone with their manager and I am supposed to pay for that. The worst part is THEY DID NOT FINISH THE JOB. The bathrooms were clean but the counter tops were not clean. They never even cleaned the bedrooms or upstairs bathrooms. The kitchen counter tops were not even wiped off. Then I received a text asking me to post a review. So.....I am posting a review. Terrible. Never again. read more

Excellent cleaning service. One of the best!!! Very professional and respectful workers. Highly recommend!!!

Great cleaning service, moving into a new home. And I wanted it to be disinfected before I brought my furniture in. There was a little issue with the timing, and I waited longer than normal. But to be fair I called them last minute and I made a last minute reservation. There also was a small mishap with the payment method. However they were very kind, and help me solve it quickly . Very attentive, clean home, and a kind service. Will Definitely come back read more
