It was when my wedding was just a week away, and I had a trillion tasks to go. I had bought a lot of things to carry along as my new home is in the town side, so it is more like driving miles before you could find a nice place to buy clothes, furniture and other accessories. I had bought a lot of extra stuff, but now the thing was who would pack the whole mess? Who would carry all these crystal decors and china cutlery to that place? My mom was scolding me like hell, and in the panicking situation, I called on the representative of Low Movers; the guy calmed me down and understood my problem first, then he suggested new ways through which relocation could be done easily, he briefed me about every single thing, where the materials to pack are coming from, where can we keep the stuff in the meanwhile, how they pack and how can they safely move all my newly bought items to that far a place smoothly. Also, the time was short, but they still scheduled my move two days after the call upon my request. I must tell you, these movers are one heck of a deal; they had every tiny or big thing required to get the shift done. My packing, moving and delivery went as smoothly and quickly as a cake slice. I was in shock to see the brilliance of these movers. My goodness, the Low Movers squad is hands down the best. Their moving help for me was worth the shot. read more

This got to be the most terrible job I ever had in my life they don't want to pay you they act like they never have no work just a terrible job and business we need a boycott this business read more

Worst experience of my life. I dealt with Robert who was so easy and polite and communicating all before the move called me all the time so that he could get the sale . Then they quote me one thing end up charging me over $1,000. they say oh we apologize it took more time than we expected . They only moved 15 items it took them 4 hours they told me it would never take more than 2. We moved 7 minutes up the road. when I tried to communicate to management that I was lied to they did not care . We moved into a brand new home where they damaged multiple walls broke my couch frame and damaged a dresser to a bedroom set they told me because I didn't pay for extra insurance that they would only give me $180 for everything. So 2 major pieces of furniture broken and 6 damages to my walls and they say there's nothing else that can be done. I already reported to the BBB. I hope the company goes under. read more

Still finding broken items. They refuse to respond or acknowledge our emails or texts. Please do not use them. Read the reviews. They were horrible. And to not even reciprocate is very poor business. They know they did wrong. Teamed up with another person in our area. Looks like "small claims court" will be seeing us soon. Already contacted BBB. read more

Ez As Pie Moving promised a full service move, including packing, loading, and delivery. Their representative, David, assured me they would take care with our belongings and home. That did NOT happen! New custom home has damages (walls, yard driven through, new high end dishwasher dented. Our possessions were dumped in boxes randomly from different rooms (artwork ruined, dishes broken, vases broken, rolling toolbox destroyed, missing items, etc). So far we have calculated over $20,000 of damage. Many items can not just be "replaced". Original art, family heirlooms, and antiques are ruined. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! read more

Review for EZ as Pie Moving I wish there was a negative five stars I could leave for this company; they don't deserve anything better. I was lied to, coerced, and they still have not finished the job. They bid $1,500 to move my stuff from storage to my apartment; it ended up costing me $3,500 and they wanted to charge an additional $435 to finish up! The first day they moved some stuff, not close to all. The second day the 'crew leader,' a big tall black guy named Gary (I think) told me we had to "work something out or this was not going to get done." He said I had two dump truck loads of trash and dump trucks are $600 each and it's $150 to dump every load, plus he would need to hire another five or six guys at $200 each [he said he and his crew were only making $18 an hour when he was pushing me for $100 tips for each of them], plus it will take a lot more hours; he said it could easily cost me another $3,500 to finish the job! He strongly implied or stated several times that this was all necessary in order to have any hope of getting anything else done and the job completed. I got upset because I was not about to pay another $3,500 on top of the $1,500 I had already paid. [One thing: they always want to collect before the job is done.] So I talked him into just using a dump trailer instead of dump trucks, use the three people already working without hiring more, etc. and got him down to an additional $1,700 instead of $3,500. He told me that they would get the trash and the good stuff the next day; but the next day he said they could only do the trash. [Nothing he ever told me turned out to be the truth.] One anecdote will show the kind of people they hire: the only girl on the crew said that if she found a book in a box she would set it aside, otherwise it was trash. I had to jump in right quick to stop that line of thinking. That day they did not finish moving the good stuff, but they did finish the trash portion. The next day I got a call from the Operations Manager that it would cost another $435 to finish moving everything. I told him no way - I had paid enough. He sent two guys out who got about half of what was left. They were sullen and not interested in what I wanted: they parked a love seat on its side in the living room. I told him where to put it but he said there wasn't enough room, so he just put it on its side, resting on the arm. They left as soon as they could. I have had to pay extra for storage because they did not finish; I have repeatedly asked for a refund, but I was told by a 'principal' that they do not refund jobs they have finished. But that's the kicker: they never finished the job. Now I want all of my money back, if for no other reason than that I'm going to have to hire someone else to finish the job. Right now I'm looking for a mean and nasty attorney to sue them. read more

They moved my daughter and did a great job. They were friendly and very careful with the furniture. No wasted time and very efficient. They answer their phone and are very professional. This is the second time we used them and will again in the future. read more

If I could leave no stars I would. First thing, the lead guy was great. Thats about the best thing out of this experience. 2 of them smelled heavily like weed. They did not move everyrhing that was supposed to be moved, left some items and brought a few items that was suppose to stay. They tracked mulch all through our BRAND NEW home. They broke 2 pieces of furniture, damaged my wall and my LVP flooring, keep in mind, this is a BRAND NEW BUILT HOME. The office lady called me at hour 5 and said they were on hour 7 and were going to stop the clock in another hour and told me I had to go ahead and pay before they were done. The total was almost $500 more than she quoted me for what was actually 2 more hours than quoted. I informed her if the damaged furniture and they said they would give me $42 back based on the weight of the item which the never weighed and didnt even know what the item was and then said it woukd be $180 to repair it. How do you know how much its gonna cost when you dont even know what it is. Absolutely horrible experience, highly recommend ANYONE ELSE other than this company. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY if they are the last moving company on Earth. Low ball estimate to get the job and after 1/2 stuff on truck a story is created for more money. Read the Google reviews to see what other customers are saying. They will hold your property hostage for more money while refusing to acknowledge damages and very unprofessional. Contracts only verbal so that miscommunication claim can be made when services are not rendered. Lorenzo Smith questionable owner but states father (Joe) owns the company. Refuse to provide requested information for proper name/location of company. After customer items on the truck re-negotiates price due to extended labor time when company choose to send insufficient people to complete the job. State the customer has to ask for # guys. When communicating via texts uses profanity and writes "crazy customer." Claim they will have several people at end of the job to unload but none appeared with claim they all live too far. Only aim is to profit more and don't want to pay for additional help or equipment to do the job right. Want customer to break down furniture like beds for them. Ask about tip before they even show up. Arrives late. At end of the job - Demands all money prior to unloading the truck so if property is damaged the customer is out of luck. In my case several items damaged. Threaten to return items to point of pick up. Requested to know where my property was as they took truck with 1/2 my property still on it. I paid 50% $1000 when truck half unloaded. When asked where my items were there was no answered and run around to tell me my property is on side of the road, Upstate in SC, then Rock Hill, SC and also in un-named storage unit. Accessed my confidential records left in files on the truck and threaten to inform husband of my physical location even though there is a no contact order issued by SC judge. Threaten to contact landlord to drop items back to the old residence. Price increase from $1500 to $2000 without acknowledging of the $100 deposit. This is a repeated problem with this company's other customers plus they are elusive about their location. It appears this is done to make filing complaints difficult. $3000 sofa destroyed. Incompetent at packing a moving truck and staff griped about moving people in general. Owner requests that I get my property from them at various locations but won't say where the property is. Disrespectful of customers and their property. Hire Them: If you want drama on Thanksgiving day and to sleep on the floor in your new home because your mattresses are on their truck. Hire them if you like being cursed at and to be spoken to in a condescending way. Hire them if you like your hard earned money to be wasted on services you have to finish up yourself. Hire them if you want your new neighbors to see what unprofessionalism looks like at 12 midnight. If you have all day to waste moving from one location to the other then call them. read more
