I absolutely LOVE Eyetopia Spa. I've been coming here since 2017 and I can't imagine going elsewhere. The Spa offers an array of services such as facials, waxing and tanning, but I've only used the lash service. I do plan to look into the facial services soon tho. It's a small, family-owned business nestled in Sandy Springs. It's located near the Kroger and Meehan's, with plenty of free, open parking. I typically get natural look, but I've gone longer for special occasions. The best part about having lashes is I never worry if I don't have time for a full-face of make-up. I have really short and fine eyelashes and wanted to make my eyes pop for a weekend full of events. Based on a referral, I visited this location and Oriana put on the most gorgeous lashes. I was 100% pleased with my lashes as well as the service! She was very thorough in explaining how to care for the lashes. It is a bit more expensive than your nail salon service but it is worth it and the lashes look more natural. I'm definitely going back! read more

Beautiful and relaxing environment. First time patron, I got my lashes done and so far so good. I have really fine short lashes and Lady Patterson was able to give me a very natural but enhanced look. You can't tell I have extensions on, it looks like I just have really nice natural lashes. I used to get my lashes done at this salon for about 1 1/2 years. Ori does a great job! I recently stopped going because the mother, Lady, was very RUDE to me one day when I told her that my lashes fell out the very next day after getting them done. She insisted that I pay again. I would love to support a black owned family business but I refuse to give my money to a business that has no loyalty to its loyal customers. I have referred many friends to this salon but after being treated rudely I found another lash business and told my friends about the new lash spa I am now going too. The father who works the front desk is also RUDE. And after giving many referrals, I have to go back and forth with him one day about getting a referral fee... this is just not a business that treats its loyal customers with respect and kindness! Ive been going here since 2012 and have never allowed anyone but these 3 dynamic women to touch my lashes. I was extremely timid at first but Lady took great care and explained every step. As time progressed I have been to thd other two beautiful ladies and the work ethic or expertise does not decline. It hasn't even been a week since I got my lashes done and so many have already fallen out. The first two days my eyes were irritated and never have I experienced burning before I came to this place. Wanted this to be "my place" when it comes to my lashes since it's so close to my home, but I'm never coming here again and I suggest you don't either. I had my lashes done in late February 2015 and I was very disappointed with the result. Lady Patterson's daughter did my lashes and she did a very poor job! I'm not sure if she was rushing because it was the day of the snowstorm, but my lashes were scattered, thin, and not natural looking at all. My natural lashes looked better than the extensions. Never again! I don't usually wear eyelash extensions so when I tried to go this route my experience was less than pleasant. The lashes were very stiff and the glue somehow ended up in my eye. I felt as if the whole job was rushed because I purchased the Groupon so I can do a "try it before you buy it" type ordeal. There was an instant 30% gratuity that was told to me after the service and instead of charging me 30% of $79 she charged me $30. Not that i mind paying gratuity but I would of paid for a better set of lashes if that was the case. The lashes started splaying after about a week. I went somewhere else to try to get them removed and the young lady removed most of them but there were a few that wouldn't budge so it was advised for me to go back to them to have the rest removed so she wouldn't damage my natural lashes. I go back to Eyetopia and explain and she was nice enough to squeeze me in to remove the 5 lashes that were left I thanked her but only to be charged $25 for removal of 5 lashes! The other place spent 45 mins trying to remove them and didn't charge me.. Not that i mind paying something but $25 was little much... the overall experience was not up to par along with their customer service! Never again read more
