There's hip relaxing music in the lobby and spa nature sounds once you're in the rooms getting your lash services. Christine was super professional, fun to talk to, and I felt very relaxed and confident. I went here to get a lash lift as I was looking for something low maintenance for this season, and I really enjoyed my experience. The salon bed is comfortable, and you have your eyes closed for most of the process so you can even nap if you want. She took a lot of care to adjust the eye pads and explain the process throughout. The salon bed space was immaculately clean. As for parking, there is validated parking in the Skyhouse Midtown parking garage that's connected to the building, so just make sure to ask about that at the end of your appointment! Basically, it's all over the website it says new clients have to put down a 25 dollar deposit but still lets you make the appointment without putting one down. So because I had a typo in my email (which yes was my fault) and didn't respond quickly enough to her text message....which by the way went in a different folder on my phone AND I STILL RESPONDED SAME DAY with the correct email for the invoice. She gave away my appointment and now can't get another until Saturday (today is Tuesday!) She also by the way let me know that she gave away my appointment at 10 am this morning, my appointment was at 2. Just seems like she doesn't want new clients.
