From the first time I started going she's always been attentive and thorough, and just a lovely person. Waxing isn't necessarily a fun experience, but Lane makes it about as pleasant and pain-free as it can be! Also, I just feel very comfortable in the studio. It's clean and welcoming. If you are concerned about parking, it's generally pretty easy to street park under the bridge on Airline St, and you can often find parking right outside the studio.

If the original quote was only for nails, that should have been clearly stated when I asked for both. Nothing I received during the appointment was outside of what I had already discussed beforehand. The issue is not that the price increased -- it's that I was not informed or given an updated total before the service continued. Being told a service would be "around $100" and then being presented with a $300 total at checkout is a major gap in communication. That should have been clarified before proceeding, not after everything was already done. On top of this, I was met with a very condescending attitude being asked if I had read our messages.
