I was extremely unimpressed with how they handled my husband's first time getting contacts (or any form of eye correction). We went there on the recommendation of a friend. I bought glasses there a year ago and it was fine, but this was ridiculous.The staff were horribly repetitive and unopen to the idea that someone might have questions off the scripts they've obviously memorised, answering any questions with a repeat of things previously stated. More than this, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and accused us of not asking enough questions when we came in to enquire where the rest of my husband's trial contacts were, given they only gave us a three day supply and told us they would be in a day or two after his appointment. We are now into day four with no contacts till next week most likely. She told us of course they can't get them in overnight and we should have asked these things at the time. Where we meant to ask 'What do we do if you are talking complete nonsense and it turns out you're either misinformed, guessing or lying?' Ridiculous. They seemed thoroughly confused when we asked why they didn't schedule the appointment when a large enough quantity of contacts was available and went on about it being important we see the same person when she's available, rather than when the lenses are available and told us she was absolutely not incompetent and how dare we suggest we might like to work with someone else at the follow up appointment. I do no appreciate members of staff telling me I should have thought more highly of their colleagues who misinformed me and being forced to stick with the same person who we were unhappy with. We will not be using them again once this farce of a trial is done. We will be ordering future contacts off the internet. read more
